老外 HERE 创立于 2014 年，是一家集外籍人力资源及国际项目运营的国际交流服务平台。
由来自四个国家的国际化团队以“促进融入，创造价值”为理念，建立起了西南地区首家外籍人力资源平台，并以此为基础进一步深化服务，通过帮助政府和企业进行国际项目运营，链接海内外资源，促进本地机构与海外交流，助力中国国际化发展。成立以来，受到了中央电视台、新华社、中新社、中国日报、香港卫视、英国弗林特晚报、四川日报、四川电视台等近百余家中外媒体的广泛报道和关注。
Founded in 2014, LaowaiHere is an International service platform specializing in foreign human resources and international project operation.
With the concept of "promoting integration and creating value", our founders from four different countries established South-West China's first Foreign Human Resource Platform in Southwest China and has further deepened its services ever since. It has helped the government and enterprises carry out international project operation, connected resources here and abroad, promoted exchanges between local institutions and overseas, and helped China's international development. Since its establishment, our story and events have been widely reported by around 100 Chinese and International media, including CCTV, Xinhua news agency, China News Agency, China Daily, Hong Kong Satellite TV, Sichuan Daily and many more.

What's the duty of our Marketing department?
致力于国际化项目，国际营商环境优化，中外文化交流，海外人士生活融入，中外资源对接，海外人才服务体系打造，中国企业海外推广等项目全案策划、运营和执行服务，提供融合文化、技能、资讯、及交流为一体的综合性职能部门。
我们以成都为中心依然在为Bridge the Gap努力，截至2020年，LAOWAI HERE Marketing 部门历史中外实习生超过70位（来自于英国、法国、美国、德国、埃及、尼泊尔、加拿大、新加坡等不同国家），在运营项目涉及公益环保、青年交流、外籍创业、外籍招聘及艺术文化交流等多个领域。
Committed to international projects, international business environment optimization, cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, life integration of overseas people, docking of Chinese and foreign resources, establishment of overseas talent service system, overseas promotion of Chinese enterprises and other projects, providing comprehensive functional departments integrating culture, skills, information and communication.
We are pushing hard to bridge the Gap in Chengdu and beyond. Our Marketing team is truly international; our members including interns (past & present) come from Britain, France, the US, Germany, Nepal and other countries. Operations of our projects involve public environmental protection, youth exchange, foreign entrepreneurship, foreign recruitment and art and cultural exchanges and many more.

招聘职位：国际项目运营专员
Recruitment position: International Project Operation Specialist
职位内容：
1.参与公司国际项目的执行和完成工作。参与制定项目运营计划，负责项目场馆的日常运营，活动的策划执行，确保项目的落地，实时跟进和反馈项目进度，并对相关结果进行收集统计和分析总结工作等；
2.与客户良好沟通，根据客户的需求，为客户提供有效解决方案，协助确保项目的有效推进。
3.了解公司业务，确保公司业务与项目的有效整合。
Job Description:
1. Participate in the implementation and completion of the company's international projects. Support team members with formulation of the project operation plan, be responsible for the daily operation of the project venues, planning and implementation of the activities, ensure the smooth operation of the project, follow up and feed back the project progress in real time, and collect, statistics, analyze and summarize the relevant results;
2. Communicate well with clients, provide effective solutions according to their needs, and help ensure the effective promotion of the project.
3. Understand the company's business and ensure the effective integration of the company's business and projects.
职位要求：
1.英文流利，善于沟通
2.具有政府项目运营经验或者活动策划和执行经验，对如何促进国际化工作有自己的想法和思路
3.拥有新媒体运营经验（熟练掌握PS、秀米、PR或其他新媒体常用工具。）
4.可适应不同阶段的工作节奏和要求，有一定抗压性
5. 性格开朗，可以热心为外籍人士提供帮助
6. 学历要求本科及以上学历
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in English and good at communication
2. Have government project operation experience or experience in event planning and implementation, and have their own ideas on how to promote internationalization.
3. Have new media operation experience (proficient in PS, Xiumi, PR or other common media tools.)
4. Can adapt to the work rhythm and requirements of different stages, and has certain pressure resistance
5. Cheerful personality, can be enthusiastic to help foreigners.
6. Bachelor degree or above is required.
