About our brand
回到2014年，5位来自不同国家的年轻人怀着Bridge the Gap的理想创建了LAOWAI HERE（老外HERE），经过长达6年的漫长努力和积极探索，我们成长为一家以海外人力资源业务为主，分公司横跨世界3个大洲，年对华23个行业输入约500位外籍人才（成都总占比17%）的国际前端海外人力资源服务机构。
Back in 2014, five young people from different countries started LaowaiHere with the vision of bridging the gap between China and the rest of the world. After six years of hardwork and success, we have grown into an international overseas human resources service organization with branches across three continents, and bring in around 500 talented foreigners to 23 different industries in China (Chengdu accounts for 17% of the total).

As for our marketing department, it is a comprehensive department integrating culture, skills, information and communication to assist overseas recruitment and promote employment opportunities in China to talented foreigners. Bridging the gap between China and the rest of the world is our main focus, and by following CCP initiatives such as the One Belt One Road Initiative, we are able to provide a professional consulting service for:
· Internationalization of the local government/creating a more diverse and international community，
· help expats in assismlating to China,
· foreign and domestic relations.
As of 2020, there are 5 members in the Laowai Here marketing department, and more than 70 interns (from Britain, France, the United States, Germany, Egypt, Nepal, Canada, Singapore to name a few). Many of our projects involve public welfare and environmental protection, youth exchange, foreign entrepreneurship & recruitment, art & cultural exchange and other fields.
