JOB DESCRIPTION:职位描述
This project will support development of sustainable livelihoods and increased income to ethnic Tibetan pastoral communities in Sichuan province.
5 years (minimum contract length of 1 year for the position of Communications Officer).
The Communications Officer will support SMD to develop communications materials, client reports (USAID), and provide technical writing and editing services.
Primary Responsibilities: 岗位职责
•Take lead on coordinating with project team and report contributors to complete USAID reports, including developing and administering timelines, controlling overall quality, maintaining consistent style, and meeting review and submission deadlines
•Work closely with project staff to develop USAID success stories, with the purpose of vividly illustrating and humanizing project interventions and activities.
•Formulate external outreach and communications strategy and related materials what could be used to reach out to and bring in different audiences, such as USAID, different beneficiaries, and other external stakeholders, like investors.
•Record meeting minutes and disseminate for internal communications purposes
•Write and edit other internal SMD documents, such as activity summaries, memos, MOU, as well as additional client deliverables as requested.
•Perform other tasks assigned by DCOP or COP.
