For our 2nd Chinese Studio, we propose you to come test your palate! Join us through a tasty Mooncake Festival theme, you will impress your Chinese friends during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

作为一个“老外”，他们有时并不完全熟悉中国的传统节日和文化习俗。通过这次活动，他们将了解中秋节的一切，包括中秋的传统，以及人们通常庆祝中秋的方式。欢迎大家参加。我们希望你能通过这次活动了解到一些中国文化，并结识新朋友，共同创造难忘的经历。
As a ‘laowai’ we’re sometimes not totally familiar with Chinese festivals and public holidays.Through this event you will learn everything about the Mid-Autumn Festival, its traditions, as well as how to celebrate it with your family and friends. All are welcome to participate. We hope you can learn some Chinese through this event, as well as meet new friends and share a memorable experience together.

Daisy, who was the teacher during our 1st Chinese Studio, will be there as well. Just to remind you, she holds a Masters in Contemporary Chinese Studies and has over 8 years experience in studying Chinese, researching modern Chinese history and culture, and living like a local.

Ma Yun Xia, her English name is Emily.With top-level Standard Mandarin and many rich life experiences, she understands how to teach international students according to their own aptitude. Her teaching is practical, interesting, interactive, easy-going and patient. She is widely recommended among her students!
