*国际青年项目 是高新区桂溪街道天华社区全力支持的致力于搭建国际青年人群文化技能及产业交流平台，为社区青年居民提供多元化学习及交往空间的全新项目，项目全名：1029国际化治理学院。
International Millennials is a new project dedicated to building a cultural platform for the international youth, providing a diverse learning and communication space for young people in the community. The full name of the project: 1029 International Institute of Governance.
1029，就是天华社区工作站的地址牌号和“代号”。我们熟知的天府软件园、银泰城、国际人才城、桂龙公园、活力公园、江滩公园都坐落在天华社区，在天府一街到五街范围内，聚集着相对集中的产业园区，各大知名企业品牌和寻找机遇的年轻人。
1029 is the address number and "code" of the Tianhua Community Center. The Tianfu Software Park, Yintai City, International Talent City, Guilong Park, Vital Park and Jiangtan Park which we are familiar with, are all located in the Tianhua Community. From Tianfu 1st Street all the way down to 5th Street, there are relatively-concentrated industrial parks with large corporations and young professionals eager to develop themselves.
我们国际青年系列活动每期的嘉宾，都将会是来自于不同国家、文化背景或行业的青年佼佼者。我们希望通过这个国际青年系列活动，为15-45岁的青年精英们提供一个跨文化、跨行业、跨年龄的交流平台。目前已是第六期，收获了超过100位中外精英青年的一致好评。
The guests of each issue are young leaders from different countries, cultural backgrounds or industries. Through this IM Series, we hope to provide a cross-cultural, cross-industry and cross-age communication platform for young elites aged 15-45. The next one will be our sixth issue which has received praise from more than 100 individuals from around the world.
International Millenials 06 本期嘉宾Amar Shrestha
Amar Shrestha，是一位来自尼泊尔的产品和建筑摄影师。他对摄影的热情始于2010年，当时年轻的Amar是能说5国语言的星级酒店职业经理人，那会儿摄影还只是他的爱好。随着按动快门的次数增多，摄影似乎成为了吸引他的一种魔力，他尝试通过街头摄影，捕捉和分享不同的人和文化。
I'm Amar Shrestha, a product and architecture photographer and educator originally from Nepal. My passion for photography started back in 2010 doing street photography as a hobby, while also working as a fulltime outlets manager in the hospitality industry. Through my street photography I have always tried to capture and share the daily lives of different people and cultures.
2014年起，Amar开始尝试以摄影为副业赚钱，拍摄婚礼、派对及产品。2016年，他下定决心辞去酒店的工作，成为一名全职摄影师和艺术家。
In 2014, I started to make money from photography as a side income, shooting events such as weddings and parties. In 2016, I made the decision to quit my operating manager position in the hospitality industry in Malaysia and became a fulltime photographer and artist. I started my own freelance photography brand based on product, architecture and event photography as well as, educational workshops to share my knowledge with others who have a similar interest and passion in photography.

他在成都创立了自己的自由摄影品牌，以产品、建筑、事件摄影以及教育工作坊为基础，期待认识更多对摄影有同样兴趣和热情的人分享关于摄影的知识。
The main purpose of my photography brand is to create a meaningful and fulfilling life for myself and to be able to use that platform to have a positive impact on the lives of others. For me, that would be true success.

这一期，Amar会带着我们去冬日的街头“艺术流浪”。他会和大家分享如何从构图、用光等方面，结合基础摄影知识来拍摄建筑、街景、人物等主题。
In this issue, Amar will take us to the streets of the community and help share his 'vision'. He will teach you how to take pictures of buildings, street scenes, people and other themes from the aspects of composition, lighting, etc. in combination with basic photographic knowledge.
