Responsibilities:

1. Lead system development sub-teams with focus on execution and cross team coordination of application development & integration.

2. Manage application development activities following the defined architecture and design.

3. Lead and manage internal development resources and software vendors to deliver the application software solutions with good quality.

4. Ensure software development team is complying with the defined software development standards and guidelines.

5. Support Head of IT to improve the efficiency and productivity of software development and integration process.

6. Manage system integrations and common service application development and delivery.

7. Streamline SDLC execution with reference to defined SDLC standards, processes and procedures

8. Streamline the software development process so as to reduce the cost and timeframe of development

Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Possess a bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline.

2. At least 10 years relevant experience in IT systems/projects delivery managing diversed teams.  Possess at least 5 years’ experience in leading people.

3. Indepth knowledge of system development life cycle

4. Good understanding of business and good interpersonal and communications skills.

5. Understand different system development methodologies fitting different business needs

6. Experience in managing application systems support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development of mobile apps on Android and iOS platform;

2. Provide maintenance and support on existing applications;

3. Perform application test, assist user acceptance test and performance test;

4. Prepare project documentation; 

5. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Possess a bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;

2. At least 3 year’s in mobile development;

3. Proficiency in Objective-C(iOS SDK) or Java(Android SDK) programming;

4. Fast learner with passion on new technologies & analytical skills;

5. High self-initiative, independent & able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development of mobile apps on Android and iOS platform or Java server application;

2. Provide maintenance and support on existing applications;

3. Perform application test, assist user acceptance test and performance test; 

4. Prepare project documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Possess a bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

2. Proficiency in Objective-C(iOS SDK) or Java(Android SDK) programming or Java server application programming;

Responsibilities:

1. Design the new services or system enhancement to fulfill the business requirements;

2. Prepare all the required System/Program Specification or Documentation; 

3. Recommend the resources needed and the schedule for implementation;

4. Prepare the test cases for unit test, SIT and UAT;

5. Assist and coordinate with member banks or merchants to implement all the required testing;

6. Prepare User Guide and Operation Manual if needed;

7. Conduct the user training if needed;

8. Act as the first line technical support for application systems;

9. Troubleshoot reported problems for application systems and answer internal and external users’ application queries; and escalate to superior whenever needed;

10. Report the Status or Issues of the tasks assigned on regularly basis to the Superior;

11. Follow all the defined Software Development Guidelines / Standards / Procedures; 

12. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Possess a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline;

2. At least 8 years of IT experience in system analysis & design, development and testing of enterprise application system(s);

3. Self-motivation and a good team player;

4. Good analytical and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
