亲爱的租户朋友：
嘉铭中心在大家的共同呵护与一路陪伴下，已经十周岁了。10年中，嘉铭中心一路成长，相继摘得LEED EB铂金级认证、两次获得BOMA中国五项COE认证，并连续荣获CBD六星超甲级写字楼认证。荣誉的获得及运营团队的成长离不开大家长久以来的支持和认可，在此我们深表诚挚感谢！
为探索更深刻的城市价值、打造多元复合商务生活圈、构建高品质精英租户俱乐部，嘉铭中心运营团队的小伙伴们经过三年的潜心研究，计划未来利用大厦B1层空间，为大家呈现集高品质的健身空间、商务餐饮、共享会议室、母婴室和梳理室在内的丰富社区。改造后的空间，将以更加专注于人居环境健康的WELL金级认证标准来关怀每一个人。
嘉铭中心B1层的全新升级改造工程将于2021年9月正式启动，敬请大家留意以下几点：
施工期间，转换梯及货梯无法停靠B1层。B2层“FUN堂”餐厅、B3层及B4层停车场均可正常使用；
为保证大家的安全，请远离施工区域、不要翻越围挡。未经许可，请勿到施工现场观看及逗留；
为保障大厦内舒适的办公环境，施工时间将控制在每天22:00-7:00。我们将严格遵守政府统一要求，做到文明施工，最大程度降低噪音和粉尘影响。若遇加班情况受到噪音影响，还望谅解；
遵照北京市防疫要求，施工期间所有外来施工人员均保证已接种新冠疫苗、通过核算检测，并将于每天进入大厦时查看健康宝。

Dear tenants:
Jiaming Center is now ten years old with everyone's care all the way. In the past 10 years, Jiaming Center has successively obtained LEED EB platinum certification, achieved BOMA China's five CofE certifications twice and has won CBD six-star super-class A office certification. The acquisition of honor and the growth of our team are inseparable from everyone's long-term support.
With the aim of exploring urban values, creating a diversified business life circle and building a high-qualified elite tenant club, we plan to renovate B1 floor after three years of careful research. A rich community including a high-qualified fitness center, business catering area, shared meeting rooms, baby rooms and grooming rooms will be presented to everyone soon. The renovated space will care for everyone with the WELL Gold certification standard that focuses more on the health of the living environment.

The renovation project of B1 floor will be officially launched in September 2021. Please pay attention to the following notices:
During the construction period, transfer elevators and freight elevators would not stop on B1 floor. The 'FUN Hall' restaurant on the B2 floor, the parking lots on B3 and B4 floors would be used normally.
In order to ensure everyone's safety, please stay away from the construction area and do not climb over the fence. Without permission, please do not go to the construction site to watch or stay.
In order to ensure a comfortable office environment, the construction period is 22:00-7:00 every day, and we will strictly abide by the government's unified requirements. We will try to minimize the impact of noise and dust.
In accordance with Beijing’s epidemic prevention requirements, all construction workers are guaranteed to have been vaccinated and passed the nucleic acid test. Their health kits will be checked every day when entering the building.
Jiaming Center has been exploring the ‘innovation + unbounded’ ecological office environment, aiming to provide you with a noble and comfortable inspiration space. We hope to understand your life better. Please feel free to communicate with property colleagues if the construction and renovation cause interference to your normal work.

嘉铭中心A座2层（现名为WER）
Tenants relocation：
1. CHAMPLUS will move to Rosewood Hotel on August 31st
2. MC studio will move to B1 floor in the Fortune Financial Center (FFC) at the end of August and will be renamed as LETIF
3. HONMA Golf will move to Meisong Golf Club at the end of August
4. ARCA has moved to A2 floor of Building A,
