刚刚过去的5月，智利甲级联赛场上好戏连台。在最近的一场比赛中，Colo-Colo对战“老对手”努布伦斯队，历史上两队曾多次交锋，输赢相当。虽然杯赛过后，Colo-Colo队长左后卫加布里埃尔苏亚索、先发门将莱恩科尔特斯、主力中卫埃米利亚诺阿莫尔以及替补中场卡洛斯维拉纽瓦均因伤病无缘本场比赛，但丝毫未影响Colo-Colo的攻防实力。
比赛一开场就火药味十足，Colo-Colo抢占主动，连续发动6次角球进攻，在对方球门前频频制造险情。下半场努布伦斯为了阻挡Colo-Colo的攻势，不惜犯规，整场比赛全队共吃了四张黄牌，仅4次射门。

截至目前，Colo-Colo在智利甲级联赛中共计8胜、5平、2负，以总积分29分暂列积分榜榜首，成为攻击力与防守均最佳的球队。
另根据最新消息，Colo-Colo女队也在联赛中获得不俗战绩。前几天的一场比赛，Colo-Colo女队与对手激战至下半场尾声，最终用一记进球将比分锁定在2：1，战胜天主教大学女足队。

When it comes to Chilean soccer, most fans think of stars like Alexis Sanchez, Arturo Vidal, or the earlier generation, Iván “El Terrible” Zamorano. But many may not be aware that Chile was one of the 13 countries that participated in the first World Cup. It was an era when World Cup had not yet taken off in the football fan community. The passion for football of the Chilean since then laid the foundation for their subsequent evolution into a soccer powerhouse.

Chile, with a long-standing soccer culture, has given birth to a fleet of household stars and stellar clubs. In May this year, GAC MOTOR entered into an annual strategic partnership with Club Social y Deportivo Colo-Colo, known as the El Eterno Campeón. It became the exclusive auto sponsor of Colo-Colo. With the national influence of the club, GAC MOTOR will be recognizable locally with short notice.

Pocketing First Places for Both Offense and Defense in the League
This past May, Chilean Primera División witnessed quite a few neck-and-neck matches. In the latest game, Colo-Colo played against its bitter rival Ñublense. The two teams have faced each other multiple times on the fields, yet they were so well-matched that neither could gain the upper hand. Even though Gabriel Suazo, captain and left backfielder, Brayan Cortes, starting goalkeeper, Emiliano Amor, starting center backfielder, Carlos Villanueva, substitute midfielder, were all out of the games due to injury after competing in the Copa Libertadores, Colo-Colo has remained untarnished in its offense and defense.
The game kicked off smacking heavily with gunpowder. Colo-Colo took the initiative by launching six corner kicks in a row and creating numerous dangerous situations in front of the goal. In the second half, Ñublense had to commit fouls to stop Colo-Colo’s attack. Throughout the game, Ñublense received four yellow cards and had only four shots on goal.

As of now, Colo-Colo has secured eight wins, five draws, and two losses in the Chilean Primera División. It ranks 1st on the list with 29 points, pocketing the best offense and defense team.
According to the latest news, the Colo-Colo women's team also delivered an astounding execution in the league. A few days ago, the Colo-Colo women's team fought against its opponent until the last minute of the match. Excitingly, a final goal scored ensured that the Universidad Católica women's team was defeated by 2:1.

Next up, the Colo-Colo men's team will face Deportes Temuco in Copa Chile 2022 on June 19 and 24, Beijing Time, respectively.
