6月30日上午,广汽国际与巴拿马经销商(GRUPO AUTO COMERCIAL S.A)及当地优质维修店Bremen,联合举办了GASS店线上签约仪式,这标志着Bremen将成为海外首家GAC授权服务店。

签约仪式上,广汽国际首席客户服务官张元金之助对巴拿马经销商及Bremen为共同推进GASS店项目所付出的努力表示感谢,并强调本次签约只是开始,后续还需三方共同推进落地。希望一如既往地通力合作,如期完成海外首家GASS店建设,并保证严格按照运营标准提升服务水平,强化GAC MOTOR品牌形象和用户口碑。

GASS店项目启动

全球经销商纷纷响应

在年初经销商大会上,客户服务领域向全球经销商发布了GASS店建设项目,旨在实现“只要有GAC MOTOR用户的地方,就100%提供官方售后服务保障”,并推出以“官方授权、纯正零件、原厂技术&培训”为核心理念的GASS店运营标准,在全球范围内征集合作伙伴。


GASS,即GAC Authorized Service Shop。广汽国际将在售后服务空白区域,与经销商合作,寻求当地优质的维修店进行合作,通过提供官方授权、原厂零件,原厂技术培训,为当地的客户提供GAC MOTOR高品质的售后服务。

几个月来,各国经销商踊跃响应,3个国家经销商已明确合作意向,其中巴拿马经销商及其优质合作伙伴Bremen最终率先进入了海外首家GASS店签约、建设阶段。

GAC MOTOR一直以“提升客户服务体验”为核心,致力于打造专业、便利、安心、智能的海外客户服务体系。近年来,品牌服务流程及运营标准日益完善。GASS店的打造,拓宽了与消费者的沟通渠道,未来将有助于GAC MOTOR缩短供应时效,为当地客户更快捷、更全面地解决问题,在全球范围内进一步提高客户满意度。


GASS店的建设只是服务渠道模式下沉的第一步,接下来,我们将不断扩大GASS店的覆盖范围,完善全球服务渠道的运营标准执行、人员培训认证、零件纯正性提高等体系化建设,全力打造GAC MOTOR海外服务品牌,以提供超出全球客户期待的服务体验。

On the morning of June 30, GAC MOTOR and the Panama dealer, GRUPO AUTO COMERCIAL S.A, and Bremen, the local finest repair store, jointly held an online signing ceremony for the GASS store. This signifies that Bremen will be the first overseas GAC-authorized service store.

At the signing ceremony, the Chief Service Officer of GAC MOTOR, Mr. Kinnosuke Harimoto, expressed his thanks to the Panama dealer and Bremen for their efforts in jointly advancing the GASS store project. He also underscored that signing agreements is just the beginning, and the three parties must collaborate in setting up the store. All three parties are expected to cooperate and complete the setup of the first overseas GASS store as scheduled. He also reiterated that the services should be refined under the operation standard so that the brand image and reputation of GAC MOTOR are well-perceived.

Launching the GASS Store Project

Warmly Welcomed by Global Dealers

At the dealers’ convention earlier this year, the Customer Service Sector released the GASS store project to global dealers, aiming to offer a “100% official after-sales service warranty available to all GAC MOTOR customers.” The GASS store operation standard underpinned by “authentic parts, technologies, and training with official authorization” was also issued to recruit partners worldwide.

GASS is shortened for GAC-Authorized Service Shop. GAC MOTOR will seek cooperation with local partners in areas where after-sales services are not gettable yet. By offering authentic parts and technical training with official authorization to the stores, the local customers can access the quality after-sales services of GAC MOTOR.

Over the past few months, dealers from various countries have exhibited their warm responses. And dealers in three countries have clearly expressed their intention to cooperate. Among them, the Panamanian dealer and his top-end partner Bremen ultimately took the lead in the signing and construction of the first overseas GASS store globally.

Optimizing the Overseas Service Network

Building a Service Brand with Customer Satisfaction

GAC MOTOR has been committed to building a professional, convenient, reassuring, and intelligent overseas customer service system with "improving customer experience" at its core. Recently, our service offerings and operation standards have been bettered daily. Moreover, initiating the GASS store project has broadened the communication channels with our consumers. It will help us shorten the supply time and address problems for local customers more efficiently in an all-around way. Together, our global customers will be even more satisfied.

The GASS store project is the first step toward delivering services to more local customers. In the future, GAC MOTOR will continue to expand the coverage of GASS stores while systemically improving our global service channels covering standard operation implementation, personnel training and certification, and parts authenticity assurance. All these efforts will further boost the services of GAC MOTOR overseas by offering experiences that exceed the expectations of global customers.
