车主群体影响力辐射各行各业,为拉近广汽与美洲车主的距离、加强产品在当地市场的传播,12月1日-5日,广汽国际携手美洲经销商成功举办了首次面向海外车主的KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) 交流活动。来自玻利维亚、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、哥斯达黎加、荷属圣马丁、危地马拉、多米尼加等国家的车主KOC纷纷飞跃重洋,亲临广汽总部,全面探寻广汽产、销、研一体化的生态链路,切身感受“科技广汽”硬实力和品牌软实力,深入了解广汽的全球化布局及创新科技成果,共同探讨美洲汽车营销合作的新机遇,为美洲市场带来新玩法,注入新动力。

深度参观,探寻科技广汽魅力

第一站,KOC们来到广汽传祺及广汽埃安工厂,深入车间参观全行业领先的自动化生产线,直观感受来自广汽的科技震撼和顶尖品质控制。坐拥百万粉丝的多米尼加KOC表示,眼前“同款”全新第二代GS8一台台下线,就像看到了自己的孩子出生一般,连连赞叹广汽的的科技实力之强,装配工艺之精,直呼没有选错车型。


好的产品离不开前沿科技的加持,KOC们带着好奇前往第二站——广汽研究院智能网联实验室。随着讲解员的一声指令:“Hi 北鼻,帮我打开阳台窗帘”,广汽自主品牌车机搭载的人工智能大模型ADiGO系统精准识别指令,车家协同模拟场景中的窗帘应声打开。KOC们纷纷表示,希望更多应用智能互联技术的广汽车型进入美洲市场。


当前,美洲各市场已陆续推行广汽销售服务之道GSSW(GAC Sales Service Way),为更好展现广汽以车主为核心的服务宗旨,第三站,KOC们共同前往广汽传祺长佳经销店和广州白云新能源体验中心进行学习交流。期间,荷属经销商代表对展厅陈设中体现出的“人车家生活”赞不绝口,哥伦比亚经销商市场经理也将展厅陈设和宣传物料一一记录下来,并表示将以此为参考对现地展厅进行更新升级。

试驾实鉴,感受卓越的产品力

为了让KOC们多维度感受广汽车型的动态魅力,广汽国际策划了产品试驾活动,精心挑选了各领域的模范车型:MPV冠军GAC E9、澎湃动力驾控王者影豹R-style、全能四驱SUV全新第二代GS8、美洲市场破局新秀GS4 Max、奢适豪华智驾昊铂HT以及巴黎车展发布的首款全球战略车型AION V,这六款车型全面体现了广汽的强大科技实力及研发功底。

产品试驾活动


在专业教练的指导下,KOC们分别通过直线加速、颠簸路、刹车变线、8字绕圆、S绕桩等项目,深度体验了广汽车型的卓越性能与驾驶乐趣。来自厄瓜多尔的资深汽车人Santiago对纯电AION V留下了这样的评价:“这款车操纵起来相当丝滑,跟随性极强,如果一台十万级的家用车都能调教出这样出色的底盘,那其他车型也没有再试的必要了。” 哥伦比亚的KOC在体验完昊铂HT后,对整车的豪华质感和过硬的机械素质念念不忘,热切希望这款车型加快引入哥伦比亚市场。

深度交流,共话美洲市场发展

美洲是广汽全球化战略布局的重要市场。广汽国际积极与美洲当地经销商展开紧密合作,在深化市场需求调研的基础上为消费者提供本地化的服务,以高价值的产品品质赢得当地消费者的广泛认可与喜爱。


行程的最后一天,广汽国际团队与美洲经销商及KOC们开展了座谈交流,倾听来自当地消费者的声音。广汽国际美洲大区总经理武柄成出席会议,对美洲团的来访表示热烈欢迎,广汽国际国家经理详细介绍了美洲区域的发展现状。会上,双方围绕美洲电车市场趋势、2025年HEV车型和皮卡产品规划及KOC营销策略等核心课题进行了深入交流,并强调要以客户运营理念为主导,不断提升产品和服务质量,努力探索更广阔的市场机遇,共同推动广汽品牌在美洲地区的持续发展。


随着讨论的不断深入,厄瓜多尔品牌经理的灵魂三问“KOC是什么?与KOL有区别吗?为什么要做KOC?”引出了此次活动的主题。KOC首先是车主,其次才是产品传播者,车主的真实体验和情感共鸣是最具说服力的传播方式,也是成就KOC地位的核心。基于此,广汽国际美洲大区推出KOC矩阵营销,着眼于激发车主的切身用车体验,以情感驱动品牌传播。一方面,通过聚焦车主的日常用车故事,把车主转化为品牌的“行走广告”;另一方面,把售后服务与情感连接相结合,形成以车主为核心的品牌传播生态。广汽国际坚信,这种客户运营方式的转变将为美洲市场注入强劲的情感驱动力和创新活力。

In the Americas, Chinese brands are gaining the hearts of consumers with their impressive value for money, innovative technologies, and strong market adaptability. To expand their international presence amidst fierce competition, GAC INTERNATIONAL is responding to the needs of consumers in the Americas by offering superior products and services, while strengthening its KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) marketing strategies. By empowering car owners, potential customers, and KOCs to serve as active brand advocates, GAC is striving to build a strong reputation and generate positive word-of-mouth.




Car owners have a significant influence across various industries, and GAC is committed to strengthening its connection with owners in the Americas while boosting product awareness in the markets across the Americas. From December 1st to 5th, GAC INTERNATIONAL, in partnership with its American dealers, successfully hosted the first-ever KOC exchange event for overseas car owners. KOCs from Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Sint Maarten, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic traveled to visit GAC's headquarters, to explore its integrated production, sales, and R&D ecosystem, getting a firsthand look at GAC's technological prowess and brand strength. They also gained deeper insights into GAC's global strategy and groundbreaking innovations. The event also provided a platform for discussing new opportunities for automotive marketing collaboration in the Americas, injecting fresh ideas and momentum into the region's automotive market.

Deep Dive into GAC's

Technological Prowess

The KOCs' journey began at GAC MOTOR and GAC AION factories, where they explored the industry-leading automated production lines. It was a firsthand look at the cutting-edge technology and top-tier quality control that defines GAC. One KOC from the Dominican Republic, with millions of followers, was particularly moved by the experience. Watching the All New GS8 roll off, he likened it to witnessing the birth of a child, impressed by GAC's technological prowess and precision in assembly, and reaffirming his choice.


The heart of every great product is innovative technology, which leads the KOC delegation to their next session—the GAC R&D Center Intelligent Connected Vehicle Lab. When the guide casually instructed, "Hi baby, please open the balcony curtains", the self-developed in-car ADiGO AI system instantly recognized the command, seamlessly opening the curtains in a stimulated Vehicle-to-Home environment. The KOCs were thrilled by the possibilities of bringing more of GAC's intelligent connected vehicles to the Americas.


At present, GAC's commitment to customer-centric service, known as the GAC Sales Service Way (GSSW), is being implemented across markets in the Americas. To showcase this philosophy, KOCs headed to GAC MOTOR Changjia dealership and Guangzhou Baiyun NEV Experience Center. A Dutch dealer representative was particularly impressed by the showroom's "Van Life" concept, while the market manager from Colombia took extensive notes on the exhibits and promotional materials, expressing plans to use them as inspiration to upgrade his own showroom.

To fully showcase the dynamic appeal of GAC vehicles, GAC INTERNATIONAL organized a product test drive event, showcasing a lineup of models that exemplify excellence across various segments: the MPV champion GAC E9, the powerful EMPOW R-style, the all-round AWD SUV All New GS8, the groundbreaking GS4 Max for the Americas, the luxuriously intelligent HYPTEC HT, and the first globally strategic AION V, debuted at the Paris Motor Show 2024. These selections highlighted GAC's robust technological prowess and deep R&D roots.

Test Drive


Guided by professional instructors, KOCs engaged in a series of driving tests—including straight-line motion with constant acceleration, bumpy roads, braking on lane change, figure of eight, slalom curves, and more. This experience emphasized the exceptional dynamic performance and driving pleasure of GAC's vehicles. Santiago, a seasoned automotive enthusiast from Ecuador, was particularly impressed by the electric AION V, lauding it as "incredibly smooth and robust responsiveness", he said, "the well-tuned chassis in a 100,000-yuan-level family car makes other models seem redundant." Meanwhile, a Colombian KOC, captivated by the luxurious feel and solid mechanical quality of the HYPTEC HT, expressed a keen interest in seeing this model accelerate into the Colombian market.

In-depth Discussion on the Development

in the Latin American Market

The Americas is a key market in GAC's global strategy. GAC INTERNATIONAL is committed to close cooperation with local dealers, providing localized services based on in-depth market research, and earning widespread recognition and affection from local consumers through high-quality products.


On the final day of their visit, the GAC INTERNATIONAL team held a symposium with dealers and KOCs from the Americas to listen to the voices from local consumers. Wu Bingcheng, Americas General Manager of GAC International, warmly welcomed the delegation, and National Managers of GAC International in the Americas presented comprehensive updates on the region's progress. The dialogue focused on upcoming trends in the EV market, plans for 2025 HEV models and pickups, and KOC marketing strategies. Emphasizing a customer-centric approach, participants discussed ways to enhance product and service quality, explore new market opportunities, and drive the continuous growth of GAC brand throughout the Americas.


As the discussion progressed, the Brand Manager from Ecuador raised three pivotal questions: "What is KOC? How is it different from KOL? And why focus on KOC?" This question set the stage for the event's central theme. Essentially, KOC is a car owner first, and a product advocate second. The authentic experiences and emotional connections of car owners are the most persuasive communication approaches, and they lie at the heart of what makes someone a KOC. Building on this, GAC INTERNATIONAL's Americas division introduced its KOC Matrix Marketing strategy, which focuses on leveraging authentic owner experiences to drive emotional brand storytelling. By sharing personal driving stories, car owners become "active brand advocates". At the same time, the strategy connects after-sales services with emotional engagement, creating a brand ecosystem that revolves around car owners. GAC INTERNATIONAL believes that this shift toward a customer-driven approach will inject the Americas market with fresh emotional energy and innovative momentum.
