4月7日-15日,广汽集团副总经理江秀云、郁俊一行赴巴拿马、玻利维亚及秘鲁开展市场调研,广汽集团审计部、风险控制部部长黄卓及广汽国际总经理曾和滨等一同参与调研。

以优质服务打造客户满意品牌




江秀云、郁俊一行赴美洲调研首站走访巴拿马。自2019年正式进入巴拿马市场,广汽国际携手巴拿马经销商,多措并举,推动业务稳步增长,在短短4年间取得中国品牌当地汽车销量第二的好成绩

目前,GAC MOTOR在巴拿马开设了5家标准门店及城市展厅,包括海外首家GASS店(GAC MOTOR授权服务店),为当地用户提供高品质的售后服务。

高端形象定位赋能品牌向上




      结束巴拿马调研行程后,江秀云、郁俊一行奔赴玻利维亚,对圣克鲁斯和拉巴斯两大城市开展市场调研。在玻利维亚经销商与广汽国际的通力合作下,GAC MOTOR成为当地店面形象最佳的中国汽车品牌,GAC MOTOR旗下SUV车型连续两年成为当地最受欢迎的中国品牌车型

      一直以来,玻利维亚经销商都致力于将GAC MOTOR打造成为中国高端品牌,江秀云、郁俊一行对其在品牌定位、店面形象、G标店建设等方面的工作给予充分肯定和高度赞扬。

提升品牌知名度挖掘市场潜力




去年11月,GAC MOTOR正式于秘鲁利马上市,目前已开设两个销售展厅,今年计划增设8个销售渠道,进一步深化渠道建设,打开品牌知名度。

江秀云、郁俊一行在走访过程中,倾听经销商在市场拓展中遇到的问题,在产品导入、店面形象、销售管理、售后服务等方面提出多项优化建议,并鼓励经销商开展多样化的市场活动,提升终端销量,开拓市场新局面。

From April 7th to 15th, Deputy General Managers of GAC Group Jiang Xiuyun and Yu Jun visited Panama, Bolivia, and Peru to conduct market research. 巴拿马 / PANAMA

Building a Customer Oriented Brand with Quality Service




Jiang Xiuyun and Yu Jun visited Panama as the first stop. Since officially entering the Panama market in 2019, GAC MOTOR has joined hands with dealers in Panama to take multiple measures to promote steady business growth. In just 4 years, GAC MOTOR becoming the second best-selling Chinese brand in Panama's auto market

Currently, GAC MOTOR has opened five standard stores and city showrooms in Panama, including the first overseas GASS store (GAC MOTOR authorized service store), providing high-quality after-sales service for local users.

After their arrival in Panama, Jiang Xiuyun and Yu Jun had an in-depth understanding of the sales and service operation of Panama stores, and reached consensus with local dealers on sales planning, risk control system construction and other aspects. During the period, Zeng Hebin, general manager of GAC MOTOR, visited the after-sales service workshop in Panama.

玻利维亚 /BOLIVIA

Empowering the Brand with a Premium Image




After concluding their research trip in Panama, Jiang Xiuyun and Yu Jun continued their market research in Bolivia and carry out market research in Santa Cruz and La Paz. Through the collaboration between GAC MOTOR and their Bolivian dealer, GAC MOTOR has become the Chinese auto brand with the best local store image, and its SUV models have become the most popular Chinese brand models in the local area for two consecutive years.

All along, Bolivian dealers have been committed to building GAC MOTOR into a high-end Chinese brand. Jiang Xiuyun and Yu Jun gave full recognition and high praise to their work in brand positioning, store image and G-style store construction.

秘鲁 / PERU

Unleashing Market Potential by Boosting Brand Awareness




GAC MOTOR officially entered the Lima market in November of last year and has since opened two sales showrooms. This year, they plan to add eight more sales outlets to further deepen their channel construction, expand digital operations, and increase brand awareness. 

During their visit to Peru, Jiang Xiu Yun and Yu Jun  listened to the problems encountered by dealers in market expansion, made several improvement requirements for distributors in product introduction, store image, retail sales and after-sales service. They also provided support measures for market activities, help dealers in Peru improve retail sales and open up new market situation.

    To better collaborate with Peruvian dealers, Jiang Xiu Yun and Yu Jun investigated local store operations, digital marketing, after-sales service facilities, warehousing and logistics operations.

    China is the second-largest trading partner of the Americas, and the American market has always been one of GAC MOTOR’s most important markets. Currently, GAC MOTOR’s sales and service system covers seven countries, including Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic.

    This visit is an important manifestation of GAC Group's implementation of the "Trillion GAC" and realization of internationalization, as well as an important measure to deepen the market layout in the Americas, build the brand and increase sales. Based on the results of the American market survey, GAC MOTOR will continue to deepen its cooperation with local dealers, expand GAC MOTOR's market share in Americas, and promote the international business to achieve new breakthroughs!
