3月5日，安利捷集团主席Mohammed Jameel、副主席Fady Jameel、汽车出行业务副总裁Jasmmine Wong、高级常务董事Hasan S.Al-Alami、土耳其公司首席执行官兼董事长Ali Haydar Bozkurt、汽车业务首席商务官Yousef Hussein、战略业务开发投资及主席办公室高级常务董事Gaby Elias、中国汽车出行业务发展总经理陈平等十余人组成的代表团到访广汽参观考察并探讨合作事宜。广汽集团副总经理郑衡、国际业务部部长邓葵，广汽国际副总经理王顺胜等人参与了本次接待。
参观交流，增进了解
安利捷代表团一行先后参观了广汽传祺、广汽埃安及广汽研究院。他们在广汽传祺展厅了解汽车电动化、智能化成果，体验爆款车型的技术魅力；深入埃安智能化生产车间，近距离观摩新能源汽车现代化生产线和生产工艺；走进研究院各大前沿实验室，感受广汽在汽车智联、自动驾驶、新能源等领域的科创魅力。

经过深度的参观交流，安利捷代表团对广汽集团的强大科技储备、硬核研发实力、匠心产品品质给予了高度评价与赞扬，对广汽国际快速增长的海外市场更是持乐观态度，希望双方能够进一步深化合作，共同开拓更广阔市场。
深化合作，共谋发展
结束参观行程后，安利捷代表团来到广汽集团，双方高层进行了一场交流座谈会。会上，安利捷代表团就集团情况以及埃及业务开展情况做了详细介绍。广汽集团也向到访代表团简要说明集团的全球市场布局，以及未来发展规划与目标等。双方就埃及项目推进及未来潜在合作领域进行了深度交流与探讨。

广汽集团和安利捷集团合作历史悠久，自2019年以来双方进行了多次互访，在产品、技术、商务等方面进行了充分的交流，去年11月由安利捷代理的广汽埃及项目成功实现上市销售。
郑衡表示，“埃及作为安利捷集团和广汽集团在海外合作的第一个项目，项目的成功具备重要意义。希望双方团队接下来加强推进外汇资金问题解决、电动车导入和本地化生产等相关课题，同时双方加强深入交流，进一步探讨在非洲乃至全球范围内其他领域合作的可行性。”
携手深耕，共赢市场
近年来，广汽集团加快了国际化的步伐，并于2023年发布了新的国际化战略，计划在海外站稳欧洲、亚太、独联体、中东非洲、中南美洲“5”大市场版图，深耕至少12个万辆级战略市场，而埃及市场是其中之一。
面向未来，广汽国际承载广汽集团的国际化使命，将携手安利捷集团合作伙伴持续深耕埃及这一重要战略市场，基于当地消费者需求导入更多车型产品，加速推进KD工厂建设，落地本地化生产，加快完善当地销售和服务网络，积极探讨更加广泛和深入的合作模式，不断提高品牌营销力及市场占有率，为更多海外消费者带来高品质的美好出行方式。

On 5 March, the Abdul Latif Jameel delegation, consisting of more than 10 people visited GAC MOTOR and discussed cooperation issues. The delegation includes Mohammed Jameel, Chairman of Abdul Latif Jameel Group, Fady Jameel, Vice Chairman, Jasmmine Wong, Vice President, Hasan S. Al-Alami, Senior Managing Director, Ali Haydar Bozkurt, President & CEO of Abdul Latif Jameel Turkey, Yousef Hussein, Chief Commercial Officer of Jameel Motors, Gaby Elias, Chairman and CEO Office & SBDI, as well as Chen Ping, Managing Director of China Mobility Business Development. Zheng Heng, Deputy General Manager of GAC Group, Deng Kui, Director of International Business Department of GAC Group, Wang Shunsheng, Deputy General Manager of GAC International, also attended the reception.
Visit and communicate, for a better understanding
The Abdul Latif Jameel delegation visited GAC MOTOR, GAC AION and GAC Research Institute. They learned about the achievements of automobile electrification and intelligence in the GAC MOTOR's showroom, experienced the technical charm of popular models, went deep into the intelligent production workshop of AION, observed the modern production line and production process of new energy vehicles at close range, and walked into the major cutting-edge laboratories of the research institute to feel the charm of GAC's scientific and technological innovation in the fields of vehicle intelligent connection, autonomous driving, and new energy.

After in-depth visits and communication, the Abdul Latif Jameel delegation spoke highly of GAC Group's strong scientific and technological reserves, hard-core R&D strength, and ingenuity product quality, and was optimistic about GAC MOTOR's fast-growing overseas market, hoping that the two parties could further deepen cooperation and jointly explore a broader market.
Deepen cooperation, for the common development
After the visit, the Abdul Latif Jameel delegation came to GAC Group, where executives of both parties held a discussion meeting. At the meeting, the Abdul Latif Jameel delegation gave a detailed introduction to the situation of the Group and its business development in Egypt. GAC Group also briefly introduced to the delegation about GAC Group's global market layout, as well as its future development plans and goals. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the promotion of the Egyptian project and potential areas of cooperation in the future.
Executive Conference of GAC Group and Abdul Latif Jameel Group
Abdul Latif Jameel Group and GAC Group have a long history of cooperation. Since 2019, the two parties have conducted several mutual visits and had sufficient communication in products, technology and business, and last November, the GAC Egypt project, with Abdul Latif Jameel as its agent, was successfully launched.
Zheng Heng stated, "As the first overseas project between Abdul Latif Jameel Group and GAC Group, the Egyptian project's success is of great significance. Hope the teams of the two parties will strengthen the process of related issues such as the resolution of foreign exchange capital problems, EV admitted import and localized production, and at the same time strengthen in-depth exchanges so as to further explore the feasibility of cooperation in other fields in Africa and even the world."
Work together, for a win-win market
In recent years, GAC Group has accelerated the pace of internationalization, and released a new internationalization strategy in 2023, planning to establish a solid overseas market layout in Europe, Asia-Pacific, CIS, the Middle East and Africa, and Central and South America, and deeply cultivate at least 12 strategic markets of 10,000 vehicles, and the Egyptian market is one of them.
Facing the future, GAC MOTOR will carry the internationalization mission of GAC Group, and will continue to cultivate this important strategic market of Egypt together with Abdul Latif Jameel Group partners, introduce more models and products based on the needs of local consumers, accelerate the construction of KD plants, implement localized production, accelerate the improvement of local sales and service networks, actively explore more extensive and in-depth cooperation models, continuously improve brand marketing power and market share, and bring high-quality and beautiful travel methods to more overseas consumers.
