4月29日，广汽和华丽山陈唱在马来西亚吉隆坡Segambut（泗岩沫）工厂举行了马来西亚CKD工厂竣工暨量产仪式。华丽山陈唱控股总裁陈庆民、TCMA工厂首席运营官张成强、华丽山陈唱汽车有限公司运营总监叶玉梅，广汽乘用车副总经理梁伟彪、技术中心常务副主任李建鲁、质量部部长余艳丽，广汽国际KD推进部杨小玲等出席了活动。

GS3影速车型量产下线
作为广汽在海外第一个CKD项目，马来西亚泗岩沫CKD工厂的建成投产是广汽开拓海外市场尤为关键的一步，它代表了广汽海外事业从整车出口向整车出口和海外本地化生产并重的战略性转变。
2023年
5月，广汽与华丽山陈唱共同宣布启动广汽马来西亚CKD项目，自此双方各领域通力合作，全力以赴；10月，马来西亚工厂现地进行开工建设。
2024年
3月30日，广汽与华丽山陈唱签署CKD项目合作协议，同日在泗岩沫工厂举行了CKD先量启动仪式；4月29日，工厂竣工，首款车型GS3影速量产下线。

CKD先量启动仪式
随着首款车GS3影速从生产线上驶出，标志着广汽与华丽山陈唱的战略合作取得了重要阶段性成功，也标志着广汽在实践“1551”国际化战略过程中，又一个重点项目瓜熟蒂落。
量产仪式前，广汽和华丽山陈唱的相关领导和技术专家对工厂建设、生产体系、生产准备、品质培养、量产车型等方面进行了严格的评审。评审组顺利通过对马来西亚泗岩沫工厂先行量产生产的GS3影速车型各专项的评审，各项指标达到量产标准，评审组同意工厂竣工和车型量产。
陈庆民发表讲话
在随后的工厂竣工和量产启动仪式现场，陈庆民表示：“非常感谢广汽团队的专业技术支持，保证了首款车型如期量产，马来西亚市场对广汽车型上市的反响相当不错，前期导入CBU整车一经上市已全部售罄，希望未来我们在马来西亚市场推出更多CKD车型。同时我们会与广汽一起严格把控产品质量，倾听客户声音，让产品卖得好，赢得好口碑！”

梁伟彪表示：“马来西亚CKD项目是广汽海外第一个本地化CKD项目，广汽与华丽山陈唱双方共同努力，克服重重困难，按质按量按期实现SOP，值得庆贺！广汽一直以来坚持品质优先，重视客户需求，希望广汽和华丽山陈唱的合作也以客户为导向，按标准做好质量，按需求导入车型，提供超出客户期待的服务，为马来西亚消费者带来更美好的移动生活体验。”
*泗岩沫工厂位于马来西亚吉隆坡，是广汽与陈唱共同建设的符合广汽标准的新工厂。工厂标准产能为3.44万辆/年，最大产能可超过5万辆/年。预计今年广汽在马来西亚产销将超2000辆，后续全新车型导入也已在积极推进中。广汽与华丽山陈唱将携手为当地消费者带来更多优异的产品！

On April 29th, GAC and Tan Chong held a completion and production ceremony for the Malaysian CKD factory in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Attendees included Tan Keng Meng, CEO of Warisan TC Holdings; Zhang Chengqiang, COO of TCMA; Ye Yumei, Operation Director of WTCA; Liang Weibiao, Deputy General Manager of GAC MOTOR; Li Jianlu, Executive Deputy Director of GAC MOTOR Tech Center; Yu Yanli, Director of GAC MOTOR Quality Department; Yang Xiaoling, KD Promotion Department of GAC International.

As GAC's first CKD project overseas, the completion and production of the Segambut CKD factory in Malaysia mark a crucial milestone in GAC's global expansion. This project signifies a strategic shift for GAC from exporting vehicles to focusing on both vehicle exports and overseas localization production.
2023
In May 2023, GAC and Tan Chong jointly announced the initiation of the GAC Malaysia CKD project, marking the beginning of comprehensive collaboration between GAC and Tan Chong. By October 2023, both parties kicked off its construction in Malaysian.
2024
On March 30th, GAC and Tan Chong signed the CKD project collaboration agreement, and held a launch of Malaysian CKD start of production ceremony in Segambut factory; With the completion and production of the factory, the first GS3 EMZOOM rolled off.

Launch of Malaysian CKD Start of Production
With the offline of the first model, GS3 EMZOOM, it marks a significant milestone in the strategic cooperation between GAC and Tan Chong. Moreover, it also signifies another key project coming to operation for GAC to implement its "1551" Internationalization strategy.
Prior to the production ceremony, executives and technical experts of GAC and Tan Chong conducted rigorous evaluations on various aspects including factory construction, production system, production readiness, quality cultivation, and production models. The evaluation committee successfully passed the assessment of the Pre-SOP of the GS3 EMZOOM model at the Segambut factory in Malaysia. All indicators met production standards, and the evaluation committee agreed to the completion of the factory and the production of the model.
Tan Keng Meng Addresses
At the factory completion and production launch ceremony, Tan Keng Meng said, "We are immensely grateful for the professional technical support from the GAC team, which ensured the timely production of the first model. The Malaysian market also gives very positive feedback to GAC vehicles. The first group of CBU vehicles were sold out upon launch. We hope to introduce more CKD models in the Malaysian market in the future. Additionally, we will work closely with GAC to rigorously monitor product quality, listen to customers' feedback, and win better sales performance and better reputation."
Liang Weibiao Addresses
Liang Weibiao stated, "The Malaysian CKD project marks the first localized CKD project overseas. Through the joint efforts of both GAC and Tan Chong, we have overcome numerous challenges and successfully achieved SOP as scheduled in accordance with quality and quantity requirements. This is indeed a milestone worth celebrating! GAC has always prioritized quality and valued customer needs. We hope that the cooperation between GAC and Tan Chong will also be customer-centric, ensure quality standards, introduce models in accordance with needs, and provide services beyond customer expectations, and bring a better mobility experience to Malaysian consumers."
*The Segambut factory is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it is a new factory constructed by GAC and Tan Chong in accordance with GAC standards. The factory's standard production capacity is 34,400 vehicles per year, with a maximum capacity exceeding 50,000 vehicles per year. It is estimated that GAC's production and sales in Malaysia will exceed 2,000 vehicles this year, with the introduction of new models actively underway, GAC and Tan Chong will work together to bring more excellent products to local consumers!
