3月4日，泰国工业部部长埃卡纳·蓬潘率领代表团一行访问广汽，广汽集团副总经理郁俊、国际业务部部长邓葵，广汽埃安副总经理郑纯麒、广汽国际总经理卫海岗等领导出席接待，双方就新能源汽车技术、智能网联发展及中泰产业合作等议题展开深入对话，旨在促进双方互利合作，共谋发展。

双方就泰国新能源汽车市场政策、技术合作及产业园规划达成初步共识，并继续推动泰国当地电动汽车产业链建设升级和生态布局。郁俊强调：“广汽集团正在加速开展国际化业务，泰国是广汽在东盟的战略市场。广汽埃安泰国工厂是广汽在海外投资建设的第一家工厂，一方面通过本地化生产满足泰国市场需求，另一方面广汽也在积极研究以泰国为出口基地辐射全球市场的可行性，助力泰国成为全球新能源汽车发展的典范和重要出口基地。”

座谈会上，埃卡纳·蓬潘对广汽集团的技术创新能力、产品系列布局以及在泰国的本地化运营成果表示了高度赞赏。同时，他阐述了政府推动电动汽车产业发展的坚定决心、明确目标及已采取的相关措施，并期望广汽集团能继续积极参与泰国电动汽车产业链的建设与升级，共同构建更完善的产业生态，进一步加深双方的合作伙伴关系。

来访期间，泰国工业部代表团一行走进广汽研究院，参观了智能网联实验室和概念与造型设计实验室，近距离感受广汽在智能网联和新能源领域的前沿科技。

随后，泰国代表团进行了智能驾驶体验，对宽敞豪华的乘坐空间、精致入微的设计理念以及前沿的智能科技技术表达了极高的赞誉。

此次参观交流加速广汽集团在东南亚市场的布局，也将为“一带一路”沿线国家的绿色转型注入新动能，推动区域经济向低碳化、智能化方向迈进，实现互利共赢、可持续发展的美好愿景。

On March 4th, H.E. Mr. Akanat Promphan, the Minister of Industry of Thailand, led a delegation on a visit to GAC. The visit was attended by several key leaders from GAC, including Yu Jun, Vice President of GAC Group；Deng Kui, the Director of the International Business Department; Zheng Chunqi, the Deputy General Manager of GAC AION; and Wei Haigang, President of GAC International. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as new energy vehicle technology, the development of intelligent connected vehicles, and industrial cooperation between China and Thailand. The aim of these discussions was to foster mutually beneficial cooperation and jointly explore avenues for development.

Both sides reached preliminary consensus on policies for the new energy vehicle market in Thailand, technological cooperation, and industrial park planning, and will continue to promote the upgrading and ecological development of the local electric vehicle industry chain in Thailand. Yu Jun emphasized: "GAC Group is accelerating its international business, and Thailand is a strategic market for GAC in ASEAN. The GAC AION Thailand plant is GAC's first overseas investment and factory. On one hand, it aims to meet the demands of the Thai market through localized production. On the other hand, GAC is actively exploring the feasibility of using Thailand as an export base to reach global markets, helping Thailand become a model for global new energy vehicle development and a key export hub."

During the meeting, H.E. Mr. Akanat Promphan expressed high praise for GAC Group's technological innovation capabilities, product portfolio, and achievements in localized operations in Thailand. At the same time, he outlined the government's firm determination, clear goals, and related measures to promote the development of the electric vehicle industry. He also expressed hope that GAC Group would continue to actively participate in the construction and upgrading of Thailand's electric vehicle industry chain, jointly building a more robust industrial ecosystem and further deepening the partnership between the two sides.

During the visit, the delegation from the Thai Ministry of Industry toured the GAC Research Institute, visiting the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Laboratory and the Concept & Styling Design Laboratory. They experienced firsthand GAC's cutting-edge technologies in the fields of intelligent connectivity and new energy.

Subsequently, the Thai delegation experienced the intelligent driving system expressing high praise for the spacious and luxurious interior, the meticulous design philosophy, and the cutting-edge intelligent technology.

This visit and exchange will accelerate GAC Group's further layout in the Southeast Asian market and shall inject new momentum into the green transformation of countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative which will lead the regional economy towards low-carbon and intelligent development, realizing a shared vision of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and sustainable growth.
