GAC INTERNATIONAL Joins Hands with Phoenix Satellite TV to Shine at Global Development Forum for Enterprises in Malaysia, Empowering New Practices in Going Global
On December 15th, the "Dialogue & Coexistence" Phoenix Global Development Forum for Enterprises, hosted by Phoenix Media Group under its "Phoenix Go Glocal" initiative, was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur. Gathering over a hundred heavyweight guests from the political, business and cultural sectors, the forum included government representatives from Malaysia, as well as business leaders, corporate executives, and cultural figures from both China and Malaysia, the forum explored new prospects for the symbiosis and common prosperity of bilateral industries and cultures. As an industry partner and the official designated vehicle for the event, GAC made a stunning appearance with its star models including the M8 PHEV and HYPTEC HT, offering high-end travel support for the distinguished guests and contributing China's intelligent manufacturing strength to the exchange and cooperation of enterprises going global.

Leveraging its long-term dedication and solid layout in the Malaysian market, GAC actively participated as an industry partner. As the official designated vehicle, GAC selected its M8 PHEV, HYPTEC HT, and EMZOOM models to form a service fleet, delivering a safe, comfortable, convenient, and high-quality travel experience for the forum guests.

In Malaysia, EMZOOM took the lead as the brand's first locally-assembled CKD model, marking an important breakthrough in GAC's local manufacturing and supply chain system construction. It also brought more competitive products and more stable delivery guarantees to local consumers, further consolidating the foundation for GAC's localized development. Meanwhile, in August this year, GAC joined hands with renowned Malaysian actor Remy Ishak as its brand ambassador, narrowing the distance between the brand and local consumers through a more approachable and locally influential way, and continuously strengthening GAC's brand awareness and emotional connection in the Malaysian market. In terms of network construction, GAC has currently established 22 sales outlets across Malaysia, with 45 officially authorized service centers in operation. With a wider service coverage and more convenient accessibility, GAC provides continuous and reliable support for every car owner's driving journey. At the product level, the second CKD-assembled model EMKOO, was officially launched in October this year, and the M8 PHEV has also gone on sale in the Malaysian market. The continuous improvement of the model lineup has further enriched the product connection between GAC and the local market, laying a solid foundation for meeting diversified travel needs and deepening the brand's long-term development locally.
This in-depth cooperation with "Phoenix Go Glocal", an international event brand under Phoenix Satellite TV, not only allowed GAC to showcase its technological strength and international image to all sectors in China and Malaysia through the forum's high-end circle resources and global communication channels but also built a bridge for in-depth connection with the Southeast Asian market.
