注意！出入境部门严查 “双国籍”：

户籍系统联动监管，违规后果需警惕

近期，我国出入境管理部门针对 “双国籍” 违规行为的监管力度持续升级 —— 目前已实现与户籍系统的深度 “捆绑” 联动，已有华人因涉及 “双国籍” 相关违规，遭遇入境被拒的情况；而此类行为的后果，轻则被注销国内户籍，重则可能承担刑事责任。

Recently, China's entry-exit management authorities have continuously intensified their supervision over illegal acts related to "dual nationality" — currently, in-depth "binding" linkage with the household registration system has been realized. Some Chinese nationals have been denied entry due to violations related to "dual nationality"; and the consequences of such acts can range from the cancellation of domestic household registration in minor cases to possible criminal liability in serious cases.

中国始终不承认双重国籍。根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》，定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍；对应的国内户籍、身份证等身份信息，也需同步办理注销手续。

China has always not recognized dual nationality. According to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, any Chinese citizen who settles abroad and voluntarily joins or acquires foreign nationality automatically loses Chinese nationality; the corresponding domestic household registration, ID card and other identity information must also be cancelled simultaneously.

但部分华人可能存在认知误区：比如持有外国国籍后未及时注销国内户籍，或试图同时使用中国护照与外国护照出入境，这类行为均属于违规操作。而此次出入境与户籍系统的联动监管，正是通过信息互通，精准识别此类 “身份重叠” 的情况。

However, some Chinese people may have cognitive misunderstandings: for example, failing to cancel their domestic household registration in a timely manner after obtaining foreign nationality, or attempting to use both a Chinese passport and a foreign passport for entry and exit. Such behaviors are all illegal operations. The linkage supervision between the entry-exit and household registration systems this time precisely identifies such cases of "identity overlap" through information exchange.

若您已取得外国国籍，需及时办理国内户籍、身份证的注销手续，避免身份信息重叠；

出入境时请使用对应身份的证件：持外国国籍者，需使用外国护照及有效签证（或符合免签政策）入境，勿同时持中国护照通关；

If you have obtained foreign nationality, you need to promptly go through the procedures for canceling your domestic household registration and ID card to avoid overlapping identity information;

When entering or exiting the country, please use the documents corresponding to your identity: those with foreign nationality must enter the country using a foreign passport and a valid visa (or in accordance with the visa-free policy), and must not use a Chinese passport for customs clearance at the same time;

若存在身份信息未理清的情况，建议提前向出入境管理部门咨询，及时完成合规化调整。

□ 已按规定处理国内社保、医保等权益（转移 / 终止）
