Job description:

1) 负责建立对海外子公司的财务管理模式和对海外子公司的财务管理；

Responsible for setting up the mode of financial management on overseas sub-companies and conducting financial management
2) 对接德国等海外子公司与公司总部的财务管理工作，提供必要的财务支持和服务，负责双向信息沟通等；
Co-operating the financial management business between the headquarter and sub-companies in Germany, providing necessary financial support and services, and responsible for dual information communication.
3) 对接德国等海外子公司的财务工作，协调组织海外子公司完成公司总部所要求的财务工作（如财务战略、会计政策、内控管理、财务报表、预算管理、资金管理、风险管控、财务协同等）；
Co-operating with sub-companies in Germany, collaborating and organizing the financial management required by the headquarter, including financial strategies, accounting principles, internal control management, financial statements, budget management, capital management, risk control and financial coordination.
4) 参与、支持母公司对海外子公司的管理（如：战略管控、投资管理、产业协同等）；
Taking part in and supporting for management on overseas sub-companies in terms of strategy control, investment management, industrial coordination and others.
5) 负责与国际金融机构、审计师、税务师等外部部门的沟通；
Responsible for communication with external departments such as international financial institutions, auditors, and tax accountants.
6) 负责海外子公司财务报表、财务预算的审核、转换，负责对海外子公司的财务分析工作。
Responsible for formulating financial statements, conducting audit and transfer on financial budgets of overseas sub-companies, responsible for financial analysis on overseas sub-companies.

Job requirement:

1) 国内外正规高校财务管理、会计、金融等相关专业毕业，取得全日制本科及以上学历，有海外学习背景者优先考虑；
Graduated from domestic or overseas universities majoring financial management, accounting, financing or other related fields. Having Bachelor or above certificate. Overseas studying experience is preferred.
2) 在外资企业10年以上的财务工作经验、担任财务部门经理3年以上，或在国际知名审计机构有3年以上工作经验的高级经理经历，具有外企财务团队管理经验，有在德国工作3年以上工作经验者优先考虑；
More than 10 years financial working experience in foreign-owned enterprises. More than 3 years working experience as a financial department manager. Or having more than 3 years working experience as a senior manager in world famous auditing institutions. Candidates with financial team management experience in foreign-owned enterprises, and more than 3 years working experiences in Germany is preferred.
3) 熟悉制造行业财务管理工作，熟悉国际和中国会计准则、国际和中国税法，有国际并购、整合财务经验者优先考虑；
Familiar with financial management in manufacturing industry, familiar with international and domestic accounting principles, and international and domestic taxing laws. Having internationally financial merger and collaboration experiences is preferred.
4) 具备财务报表编制和经营分析、资金管理（国内外资金的联动协同）；融资管理、财务预算管理、投资管理、财务报表等财务工作技能和工作经历；有国际准则财务报表与国内准则财务报表（央企久其报表国内上市公司财务报告）对接经验者优先；
Having professional financial working skills in terms of formulating financial statements and operation analysis, capital management, financing management, financial budget management, investment management, and others. Having co-operating experiences in financial statements abide by international and domestic principles is preferred.
5) 德语、汉语交流沟通能力强（能作为工作语言），英语交流沟通能力良好；
Good at German and Chinese, which can be used as working language, good at English.
6) 工作地点能够服从公司工作安排（主要在中国工作，部分时间需要驻德国工作）；
Regarding working location, can follow the company’s arrangement (most of the time working in China, sometimes need to work in Germany)
7) 性格开朗，沟通能力强，抗压能力强，有良好的职业操守和综合素质。
Outgoing and optimistic, good communication skills, can work under pressure, having professional ethics and comprehensive skills.
