适应银联卡跨境业务类型和产品种类的日益丰富及发展，按照构建国际银行卡组织的要求，完善和提升银联跨境业务规则与定价等，并推动会员机构对银联规则的熟悉了解与执行实施，提供规则培训与服务，维护规则的整体性、严肃性和有效性。
Objective:
To keep in pace with the evolving UnionPay international business and products, this position targets to enhance and improve the UnionPay International business rules and pricing according to the requirement as an international card scheme. It also aims to have the members’ familiarity and implementation for UnionPay rules with providing training services. As a general principle, the rule’s integrity, seriousness and effectiveness is what the position is to achieve.
主要职责：
负责了解银联相关跨境业务和产品，按照国际卡公司的规则运作要求，进行银联跨境业务规则及定价的研究、制定和培训推广，以及相应与系统开发部门的需求沟通。
Responsibility:
Get to know the related UnionPay international business and product; According to the requirement as an international card scheme, take in charge of the UnionPay international rules and pricing, including but not limited to the research, formulation, training and promotion, and the coordination with the IT and system sectors.
岗位职责：
1. 对银联跨境业务、产品和市场情况进行调研，结合公司战略，组织业务规则与定价的修订与完善工作，包括需求分析、评估研究、方案制定、报告审批等；
2. 对国际卡组织的业务规则等进行研究，了解和跟踪同业做法和动向；
3. 研究境外市场的监管合规要求，根据合规性要求进行业务规则的修订；
4. 组织开展对境内外机构跨境规则与定价的介绍与培训，提供咨询服务；
5. 协调规则与定价的业务需求与系统开发，跟进和推动机构的落实。
Responsibilities:
1. Get to understand the UnionPay international business, product and market, and lead the revises and enhancement for the rules and pricing, including the requirement analysis, assessment, making the solution and completion the procedures, etc.
2. Research other international card schemes’ rules and practices, and the new development.
3. Research the market’s regulatory and compliance requirements, and revise the UnionPay international rules and pricing accordingly.
4. Provide the training and consulting services for rules and pricing to the UnionPay international global members.
5. Work with the IT and system sector to have the enhancements of rules and pricing enabled and supported. Trace and monitor the members’ implementation.
