Cargill Animal Protein is one of the biggest global meat and poultry processors, of which the business expands over five continents.
In 2011, it constructed a vertically integrated poultry supply chain in Chuzhou area, Anhui province to satisfy Chinese people’s increasing demand over safe and high-quality protein products. With a total investment of 500 million USD, the supply chain consists of a feedmill, a hatchery, farms, a primary processing plant and a food processing plant.
•Take part in company trainings/Camps to learn CAPC core value, CLM, Organization Structure and BU functions
•Practice in different functions to get familiar with different operations
•Have job rotation in different functions and actively involved in function daily work
•Proactively to participate training activities
•Prepare and deliver evaluation presentation periodically
•Based on successful evaluation, take part in assigned department’s on job trainings and fulfill training targets
•Work closely with mentors to learn professional knowledge
•Participate projects assigned by mentors
•Data analysis assigned by mentors
•Other tasks as manager required
•New product development according to marketing and customer requirements
•Visit customer with sale or marketing, communicate and select customer’ requirements of product and technical serves ,
•Compose the documents of formulation , processing, sop, standard cost etc
•Responsible for Product training for inner and customer, support product line trail in the workshop
-Accountable for thermal oil &steam boiler design change evaluation
-Keep monitor on energy consumption for whole BU and do energy analysis as required.
-Technical support to utility operation & maintenance team as required.
-Provides training to workers in the areas of safety, skills upgrading, quality and proper work techniques
-Participates in enforcement of plant safety, quality and general house rules. Enforcement may include but not be limited to initiation and participation in disciplinary process for rule infractions
-Project execution technical support on designing, sourcing, installation quality control
-Commissioning & start up takeover and transit it in operation
-Productive & processing continuous improvement
