Daydayup is network of coworking space which started last year by opening its first site in sanlitun and is now expanding to 3 more sites in Beijing and in Shanghai.
In DayDayUp is hosting great international companies such as Docker, Appsflyer, Cmune, Yhouse, Matomy, PreAngel, Localytics etc... We are also focusing a lot on growing our community by organizing regular events in our space. Some of speakers in our events are from the hottest companies in the Internet industry: Tencent, Xiaomi, Alibaba, HTC Vive, MagicLeap, Cheetah mobile etc.

Position Title: Head of Coworking Space Operations
Location: Sanlitun or Sanyuanqiao
Salary Range: Negotiable, around 10,000-15,000RMB/month plus bonus
The ideal candidate would need to have a great sense of communication in order to drive a local professional community and to sell event and office space to new members.
The candidate would manage a team of 2-3 persons to run the space.
The ideal candidate will have:
International mindset
Performance driven (sales)
Strong sense of community
Positive energy and dynamic
Native Chinese, good level of English
Preferred experience in managing a business (store, restaurant, business center)
Personable and works well in a team
Business development skills
Sales/Marketing
Generates profitable new business through prospecting and inquiry handling within the local market in order to exceed set targets
Drive and maximize service revenue through up-selling of variable services to new and existing customers.
Conduct tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range.
Prospecting to generate leads through local companies, partnerships and brokers.
Keeps abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers/ prospect customers
To connect our members online and offline, to acquire news customers and to conclude partnership for DayDayUp
You will pro-actively envision and propose new event ideas, contents and concepts in order to promote corporate relations team objectives and vision. You will also be in charge promoting them internally to our team but also to our target audience.
Operations/Financial Management
Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success through P&L management
Drives revenue for DDU by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue.
Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin.
Maximises occupancy and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customers’ expansion requirements
Customer Service
With a focus on meeting Customer satisfaction and retention metrics, maintain and develop existing customer relationships
Ensures the centre team is delivering exceptional customer service and customer’s needs are handled effectively and efficiently
Provide direction to center team to ensure there is a clear focus on delivering a high quality services
Ensures front of house, housekeeping, health & safety, visual and brand company standards are delivered and maintained representative of a 5-star business.
Leadership
Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading and developing a centre team.
Set clear performance expectations for each team member and hold them accountable for results
Conducts meetings in order to brief the team on daily workflow, prioritizing and delegating to the center team in order to meet deadlines and customer needs.
Clear communication of centre performance and team objectives on a regular basis through monthly team meetings
One to one meetings with centre team members, setting individual targets and timelines for completion
Community / Logistic
Organize all the logistics aspects of event organization, from guest/speakers invitation to onsite set-up.
Identify opportunities to connect companies with relevant potential partners/customers.
