Provide direction for the day to day management of staffing and recruiting for Citrix APJ organization and be a key contributor in developing, implementing and servicing all aspects of the staffing and recruiting process and strategy. This role will partner and build exceptional business relationships with hiring managers and external sources to ensure efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting strategies. This is a highly visible position, which interacts with all levels of the organization across multiple functions through providing subject matter expertise on all staffing and recruiting strategies, policies and leading edge programs to ensure the organization can innovatively and successfully attract and engage top talent.
·Lead and manage recruiters to proactively identify, source and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee and contact referrals, job fairs, research, print media, alumni groups, networking and agencies.
·Interact and engage with members of the Global TA team to ensure that best practices are leveraged across all hiring in India and that processes are aligned to the maximum extent possible.
·Utilize Global TA expertise when developing programs and strategy for the region.
·Analyze historical hiring data and future hiring plans to identify the right sourcing models in India.
·Manage the APJ RPO to meet SLA’s and deliver better than expected results
·Oversee the engagement of preferred agencies for critical hiring as part of unique sourcing strategies
·The ability to work comfortably and be a change agent in a highly dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility and adaptability is required.
·Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity.
·Excellent leadership skills and the ability to attract, motivate, develop and retain a dynamic team of internal, contract and RPO recruiters in order to drive results.
·Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization. Very comfortable receiving and giving feedback in a constructive manner.
·Strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple issues and projects.
·Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demanding initiatives concurrently.
·Excellent, consultative influence management skills in order to lead and partner on talent needs in the business.
·Strong analytical and metrics orientation with the desire and ability to use metrics to gain awareness and visibility to support a position and to “drive a story.”
The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding HR professional with a proven track record of success and a minimum of 10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
·Must be able to demonstrate a focus on strategic talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry. Minimum of 3 years supervisory/leadership experience in operations and corporate recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment.
·The ideal candidate will possess deep talent acquisition best practices expertise, broad business acumen and knowledge of labor market trends and legislative regulations.
·This individual must have strong consultative skills and the ability to influence and partner, in addition to a high metrics orientation and client focus.
·The ideal candidate will have successfully operated in a dynamic, global, fast-paced, matrixed environment with demonstrated experience developing effective strategies to build and sustain diverse, robust talent pools
·Experience working in a high volume, best practices organization with an RPO model and will have a passion for developing and monitoring metrics to track recruitment.
·Must still be able to run in parallel direct hiring for senior critical roles whilst carrying the additional responsibility of managing the RPO/direct team
