Manage the day-to-day marketing operations in the area related to branding, consumer engagement, interaction, activation, design, align and track on marketing & sales campaigns; -
Lead and manage the planning, tracking and evaluating digital marketing resource supply and continuously drive for channel optimization and marketing efficiency improvement, working closely with cross marketing teams; -
Manage the assigned marketing projects and tactical programs based on the approved strategic plans and directions -
Liaison with Sales Team in the area of sales operations and project implementations -
Collaborate with internal and external teams and parties for project development and implementations for on-time delivery -
Manage on-going maintenance and optimization of the company marketing platforms and assets -
Manage data and statistical analysis for daily business and projects -
Manage partnership programs to achieve the agreed goals and results -
To participate, involve and/or take on new projects/initiatives as and when necessary

Chinese with excellent English Skill preferred, or native English speaker/European with nearly native competency of English is also welcomed to apply. -
3 years above hands-on marketing management experience in the related industry, and at least 1 year leadership experience. -
Bachelor’s degree in the area of Marketing, Advertising, -
Communications, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines -
Experience and interest in online marketing including digital campaign, search engine, SNS and database marketing -
Strong marketing sense plus creative & copy writing skills -
Data analysis skill is required -
Good communication and presentation skills

Develop the scope and sequence of the Curriculum. Create and maintain training plans and other relevant course material. Improve course content and quality according to the feedback. -
Develop teaching strategies and implement them by training teachers to ensure training quality. Supervise teaching and help teachers improve training quality. -
Maintain customer relationship. Ensure academic recourse for both teachers and students. Flexibly schedule training courses according to teachers available and students’ needs. -
Project management: collaborate with Technical/Sales/Marketing department and smoothly operate all the procedures.

Solid experience in English teaching of young learner, and able to do curriculum design and development. -
Chinese with excellent English Skill preferred, or native English speaker/European with nearly native competency of English is also welcomed to apply. -
Result-driven, active attitude, high EQ and effectiveness in leadership. Numeric sensitivity, 3 years’ experience of operation management. -
Nearly native English communication skill with excellent pronunciation. -
Excellent operation competency, lead all the project process and make sure the target achieved. -
Strong demonstration ability for not only students/parents, but also business development and teacher training.
