Job purpose Responsible for Operations, Store Search, and Store Set-up
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
Operations Stores
Control and coordinate Store operations (Own and Franchise Stores)
Store Inventory Control, working to a just in time principle where possible
Development and Implementation of new product lines
Store Search
Be the main contact for real estate agents throughout China
Responsible for the search and evaluation of suitable new store locations
Carry out due diligence work for each new location to ensure the company can maximize its potential
Creation of Flagship stores in key strategic locations throughout China, including SH, Chengdu and South China
Support our franchise partners with up to date store search instructions
Creation and roll out of a store location training course suitable for our franchise partners
Store Setup
Act as the main contact for our external Interior design company
Adapt interior design for new stores, ensuring accurate plans and measurements
Manage the budget and control costs for Interior design, value engineering where appropriate to offer the best cost savings and investment returns
Create and maintain a handbook and instruction manual in Chinese and English for Interior Design
Manage the store build programme to ensure new stores open on time
Create and provide a training course/guide for our Franchise partners on what to be aware of and expect when setting up their store
Must have requirements
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in store operations/store location. Preference will be given to those with a retail background
A strong self-managing person who has the ability to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlines
Good analytical and observation skills
Must be well organized
Ability to make decisions and plan implementation
Understands CHEERS Wines and its corporate culture
Willing to travel

Support the franchise department to follow up the legal issue in the process;支持加盟部门跟进加盟流程中的法律事务。

Requirements
