Job Description
Title    Operations Manager                              
Reports to    CEO                                               
Job purpose    Responsible for Operations, Store Search, and Store Set-up    

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities                       

Operations Stores 

1. Control and coordinate Store operations (Own and Franchise Stores) 

2. Store Inventory Control, working to a just in time principle where possible

3. Development and Implementation of new product lines

Store Search

1. Be the main contact for real estate agents throughout China

2. Responsible for the search and evaluation of suitable new store locations 

3. Carry out due diligence work for each new location to ensure the company can maximize its potential

4. Creation of Flagship stores in key strategic locations throughout China, including SH, Chengdu and South China 

5. Support our franchise partners with up to date store search instructions

6. Creation and roll out of a store location training course suitable for our franchise partners

Store Setup

1. Act as the main contact for our external Interior design company

2. Adapt interior design for new stores, ensuring accurate plans and measurements 

3. Manage the budget and control costs for Interior design, value engineering where appropriate to offer the best cost savings and investment returns

4. Create and maintain a handbook and instruction manual in Chinese and English for Interior Design 

5. Manage the store build programme to ensure new stores open on time 

6. Create and provide a training course/guide for our Franchise partners on what to be aware of and expect  when setting up their store

Must have requirements

1. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in store operations/store location. Preference will be given to those with a retail background

3. A strong self-managing person who has the ability to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlines

4. Good analytical and observation skills

5. Must be well organized

6. Ability to make decisions and plan implementation

7. Understands CHEERS Wines and its corporate culture

8. Willing to travel

Reports to CFO                                        

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities                   

1. Assist all CHEERS business entities in obtaining proper and valid business licenses and business related certificates;协助所有CHEERS 相关商业主体获得与业务开展相关的恰当、有效的商业执照和证件；

2. Prepare and/or review commercial agreements, legal documents and correspondence (like commercial contracts, HR documentation, etc.) related to various operational, trade, commercial and financial matters;起草和/或审阅与公司各种商业经营、贸易、财务等事务相关的商业协议、法律文件与信件（如商业合同、劳动合同等）；

3. Support Company (HR) management for all legal issues concerning any HR matter (including visa, employment, employee handbook, termination, labor disputes, etc.);协助公司（人力资源）管理层处理所有人力资源相关的法律问题（包括签证、雇佣、员工手册、解除、劳动争议等相关事宜）；

4. Intellectual property affairs management. Such as: trademark registration and transfer, license, trademark infringement issue, unfair competition, etc.；知识产权管理，如：商标注册、转让、许可、侵权，不正当竞争等。

5. Act as main contact person with the landlords, business cooperation partners, property management departments of various CHEERS stores;作为各CHEERS 店铺主要联系人与相关店铺的房东、合作伙伴、物业部门进行联系沟通；

6. Act as main contact person for various government agencies (including AIC, FDA, PSB, Customs, QSIQA, Commerce Commission, EPA and Cheng' guan, etc.);作为公司主要联系人与各政府部门（包括工商、食药、公安、海关、商检、商务、环保、城管等）进行联系沟通；

7. Support the franchise department to follow up the legal issue in the process;支持加盟部门跟进加盟流程中的法律事务。

8. Coordinate with external legal counsels and agencies;与公司外聘法律顾问和代理机构协调工作；

9. Follow up closely China's legal, regulatory or policy changes that may affect the Company business, keeping management informed, making recommendations and developing actions plans in writing;密切关注可能影响公司业务的中国法律、法规或政策变动，并向公司管理层书面汇报、建议并提出行动方案；

10. Assist in and provide other legal support requested by the management.根据公司管理层指示协助并提供其他法律支持。

Requirements           

1. College entrance examination degree, majoring in law, through judicial examination is preferred;

2. two years or above working experience in legal work, payment industry or internet financial legal work experience is preferred;

3. Excellent analysis and judgment ability, strong sense of risk awareness and confidentiality of the work of a serious and responsible.

4. Should include the timely renewal of all licenses and certificates.
