Required Skills:

• Near-native English.

• Experience leading outdoor activities or involvement in similar outdoor activity organisations e.g. summer camp work, scout volunteering etc. 

• Knowledge and experience in business or project management (no formal business education necessary)

• Intent to stay in Beijing for at least two years

Increasing each month: 8000, 9000, 10000, 11000, 12000, then 12,000 per month plus a good share of profits issued every 6 months. Working Visa available after first few months.

• Some good survival/adventure/bushcraft related stories and experience to share around the fire

First three months: base salary of 10,000rmb/month, plus 200rmb per day of instructing (which is most days). e.g. 14400 total if instructing 22 days.

Second three months: Renegotiated for a long term contract, with focus more on project management, less on instructing.

We are searching for a multi-talented, bi-lingual team member to take on the wordpress editing, IT and graphic design side of things and grow with the company during this exciting phase. 

Location: Near Cuigezhuang Subway Line 15

Start date: As soon as possible 

Conditions: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6.30pm, mostly in the office, sometimes going to outdoor activities

Compensation: RMB 12000 if fitting all the criteria. Slightly lower if fitting not all of the criteria. Begin with one month trial period at partial salary before signing one year contract at full salary. Payrise and bonuses later down the line.  Also possible to discuss combining this role with another role in the company, if it suits your skill set better.  

Further conditions may all be discussed and negotiated. 

Remember, you should:

• Speak and write fluent English and Chinese

• Have an enthusiastic personality, be flexible and a great team player

• Be based in Beijing and looking to stay here for at least a year

• Have experience with wordpress, at least two coding languages, photoshop, a

• sense for good visual marketing techniques, and skills at general IT set-up (dealing with servers, email settings, wifi, fixing computer problems etc)

Those with a passion for outdoor sports, and the ability to serve as a back-up instructor when needed, will be given top priority.

Desired Skills

You should:

• Have at least 1-2 years of sucessful experience in sales and marketing

• Be open to working in a small foreign company, and appreciate the difference from working in large corporations

• Be interested in outdoor sports

• Want to stay in Beijing for at least a year

• Have excellent native or near-native English writing style

The following are preferred, but not required:

• Ability to help at outdoor activities occassionally (good with kids)

• A large network in Beijing, especially amongst teachers and corporations

• Chinese language skills (not required, as we mainly target English-speaking markets, but Chinese will be hugely beneficial for more sales).

• Video making and website editing skills

• Desire to drive the company forward by developing own marketing skillls, and increase your income and position over time as the company grows. 

Base Salary: 10,000 rmb/month

Trial Period: 9000rmb/month (one month)

Commission: Approximately 1000-6000/month extra, starting after the first few months, calculated based on the company's turnover.

Business and Employment visas are possible but should be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
