Days/Hours : Flexible (between 3-5 days)

Salary : Negotiable according to experience, ranging from 1,000 - 3,000 RMB/Month

Opportunity

This unique internship offers an opportunity to work directly alongside the experienced founder and play a key role in developing a commercial fashion business in China. The Intern will assist in promoting the brand successfully in China / initiating spread to global apparel market. They shall have the chance to put their creativity and enterprise to the test in terms of strategy and execution. The Intern should take an active part in establishing forms of social enterprise within the business and to be part of experiments in flexible team structuring. The internship will act as a way to assess/explore the compatibility of candidate/company in mind of a permanent future role. 

Tasks

• Research business opportunities, assist in follow up/approaches

• Brainstorm new outreach ideas in terms of marketing & events

• Generate leads by establishing initial contact

• Represent the brand as part of a team at events

• Assist in planning and co-ordinating PR / sales events

• Assist in creation of marketing materials for events / promotions

• Help to prepare sales reports & assist in implementing learnings into strategy

• Help to develop ongoing social / community partnerships

• Admin duties as needed

Preferred Skills/Qualities

• Bilingual applicants only: Chinese & English 

• Resourceful & tenacious, highly self-motivated and confident communicator

• Good time management & organizational skills, preferably able to multi-task

• Participation in active lifestyle and interest in fashion/apparel a plus

Tasks

• Brainstorm & research social media promotions & communications

• Plan social media content & mass marketing

• Daily content creation – combined photo, graphic, text, copy, video, new media etc.

• Mass marketing creation

• Creative product & model photo-shooting

• Uploading/sharing of content

• Address/repond to social media communications/questions

• Help to maintain blog & customer events calendar 

• Support in writing press releases & composing imagery

• Preferred Bilingual - Chinese & English
