1市场经理 Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Work with executive leadership in organizing and assist in running/coordinating events in Beijing and potentially other cities with partner organizations
Exhibit and display the EventBank SaaS product at events and conferences via booths, sponsorships, etc.
Build marketing partnerships with industry leaders
Active in attending events, networking and building relationships in Beijing
Build a community of small professional organization users, managing the client acquisition process to helping them use the product smoothly
Organize monthly user groups of community users
Assist marketing with creating and maintaining healthy pipeline of prospects to achieve company revenue goals
Provide market feedback to our product team to enable better product-market fit
Qualifications:
English, Mandarin fluent
Strong marketing interest and background in sales/community development
Enjoy networking and getting to know people
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, techniques and media channels
BA/BS in Economics, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with community building/marketing/events preferred
Experience in the events space preferred
Excellent time management and coordination skills, and ability to manage to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

2客户专员 Account Executive
Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Acquire new leads in the Beijing area by attending events, networking and building relationships
Handle complex sales cycles and present value of our events SaaS platform
Prospect for potential new clients and convert into appointments. Reach assigned activity plans
Follow-up and manage all assigned leads (from lead generation, web inquiries, third parties, etc.)
Prepare proposals that speak to the prospect’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Develop strategic selling approach for each prospect
Prepare pricing for approval
Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Administration
Review weekly progress against sales plan and activity plan with senior leadership
Ensure own data is accurately entered and managed within CRM
Continue to update and reforecast pipeline throughout the year
Contribute to all on-going sales and marketing department projects (e.g., change proposal structure, feedback to marketing on lead qualification)
Provide market feedback to our product team to enable better product-mark
Qualifications:
English, Mandarin fluent
Must have success selling through a complex and lengthy sales cycle, with multiple influencers and decision-makers
Experience in the events space preferred
BA/BS in Business, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience selling software, primarily to mid to large enterprises with associations selling preferred
Excellent time management and coordination skills, and ability to manage to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Work together with the product and marketing team to define the company branding and design identity.
Responsible for the conception of our web or mobile product and overall brand consistency as well as defining the user experience and design guidelines.
Communicate and market the design strategy to other stakeholders (developers, customer success team, managers, etc.) and users.
Consistently update the design and develop a long term branding strategy.
Position Requirements
2-5 years in UI design positions·
Experience in international companies, web design and web product·
Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus) ·
Experience with InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and MS Office, innovative use of Photoshop and Illustrator to express ideas·
