1学习开发助理 Learning and Development Associate
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liaise direct with clients for all logistics and programme preparations
2. Support MDS staff, trainers and coaches on travel and accommodation arrangements.
3. Prepare learning materials and deliver to client site
4. Prepare workbooks (InDesign) and MS Powerpoint
5. Prepare training reports and keep training files accurately
6. Update Wechat site, Newsletters and other Social Networks Sites
7. Assist other teams for ad hoc projects
8. Manage office supplies and IT systems maintenance
Position Requirements
1. Fluent communication skills (English and Chinese) both spoken and written.
2. Good in multi-tasking management and interpersonal communication management.
3. Good IT Knowledge (enjoy solving IT related problems)
4. Proficient in MS Office software applications,
5. Know Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop applications are an advantage
6. Relevant working experience 3+ years
