Job description:
· Help consultant to establish recruiting requirements.
· Assist to select applicant qualifications by communicating with applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
· Collect resumes of target candidates by all methods.
· Assistance of building customers’ rapport and maintenance.
· Interviews management by coordinating schedules with all aspects of recruitment.
· Take part in organizing career fairs.
· Promote the company brand and develop market.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in English.
· Foreign applicants are welcomed, and non-Chinese-native candidates with the Chinese competency of HSK4 is required.
· Know-how knowledge of HR/Recruitment.
· Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
· Bachelor or above degrees of related fields, Human Resource major, Marketing & Sales is preferred.
· Be interested in exploring a journey with the start-up recruiting firm of global talent.
· A Team player with great people skills

Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Chinese, non-Chinese-native candidates with the Chinese competency of HSK5 is a must.
· 1 year or above experience in recruiting of HR, headhunting agency side preferred.
· Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
· Bachelor or above degrees of related fields, Human Resource major, Marketing & Sales is preferred.
