1. 协助CEO;
2. 负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询、引见和送别,懂得基本的商务礼仪
3. 负责前台电话的接听和转接,做好来电咨询工作
4. 负责收发公司日常信件、快递、文件等等
5. 负责公司的档案管理、复印、整理、传真以及行程安排等工作。
6. 负责协助预定机票、火车票、酒店等。
7. 及时准确更新公司的日历和行程表。
8. 可以提供工作签证
职位要求
1. 普通话与英语准确流利
2. 熟练使用MicrosoftOffice Suite电脑办公软件
3. 具有良好的沟通交往能力
4. 较强的服务意识
5. 性格开朗随和、有耐心,办事有条理。
6. 1年以上的工作经验
7. 愿意出差
薪资: 6k-9k
Job description:
This position is open to all nationalities.
Assist the CEO;
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed;
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, arranging appointments;
Book transport and accommodation;
Keep the schedule up to date.
Visa will be proivided for candidates who match requirements.
Job Requirements:
Excellent English and Chinese language skills, both oral and written;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
Solid communication skills;
Customer service oriented;
Outgoing personality, have patience, be organized and flexible.
One year of experience
Willing to Travel
Salary Range: 6k-9k
