Wingokids English School was established in 2014. It’s currently the largest home teaching English institution across China, students are aged from 3 to 12 years old. They are taught by foreign teachers with all native language curriculum system, which is connected closely to American elementary school curriculum. Until now, we have more than 5000 students offline, nearly more than 6000 students online. Currently our business has covered cities in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Hangzhou,and we are still expanding rapidly.
The headquarter of our school is based in Shanghai where we have more than 50 full time young and energetic foreign teachers who enjoy teaching kids with great effort ad passion and as well as many friendly and professional English speaking Chinese staffs to support and coordinate with our foreign teachers. Since we are developing so fast,so now we demand a lot of qualified English teachers for the year of 2017.
1Native English Teacher
Job Description
We currently have a number of positions available across our campuses in Shanghai, Beijing，Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The job involves teaching kids phonics, oral English and fun English through our comic books and picture books, usually giving class of 3-7 kids in their homes, 5 days in a week usually from 4pm to 8:30pm including Saturday and Sunday(two days off between Monday and Thursday)
As one of our home teachers, you will be going from one kid’s house to
another kid’s house to teach classes, usually you will be assigned to a district
either near where you live or where teachers are urgently understaffed, usually
you can get the kid’s house for your next class within one hour, so you won’t
have a long commute between classes.
Job Requirements
English native speaker with a bachelor’s degree (Any discipline, Native English Speaker, typically this means from USA, Canada, UK, British Territories, Australia or New Zealand).
For non native speakers with exceptional English proficiency, accent and teaching performance.
2yrs+ related teaching experience is preferred but not required.
.Love and understand kids and like to interact well with them, Being responsible and passionate for teaching kids, and have positive ethos, creativity, easy going, outgoing and lively personality and a passion to make a difference in children’ s life will be strong factors.
Being able to sing, dance, draw during the class is profoundly preferred.
Teaching licenses/certificates (TEFL/TESOL) is preferred.
Unique circumstances may be taken into consideration; accent and pronunciation will be taken into account during interview.
Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills with our kids’ parent and co-works in team work spirit and result orientated working attitude across cultural environments.
Clean criminal background check.
Salary and Benefits Package:
Your total expected salary will be negotiable and decided after job interview and taking look at the video of demo class, based on how good your English is, how many years of experiences in teaching kids have you got before, how is your regular monthly working performance, how many classes have you taught each month. Usually most of our full time teachers ’ salary range from 12,000RMB to 22,000RMB after tax.
1. Once you landed in the city where you are teaching in China, we provide u with a free airplane pick up, and a 7days of free hotel, during the 7days, we help you look for apartment.
2. 2000RMB bonus when one year contract ends.
3. School will offer and pay for the accident insurance.
4. School will help teachers who meet up the requirement of application of working visa apply for working visa and pay for its agency fee. If teachers cannot process working visa, instead, school can reimburse 1500 yuan, which can be paid back to teachers after probation period.
5. If teachers work at Wingokids for one year, school will offer Chinese lesson bonus 650 yuan.
6. Any other Occasional team building and rewards (like trips and parties.)
7. Except for the regular two off days every week, and 11 days Chinese legal holidays, we also provide you with 5 days summer break and 5 days winter break as extra holidays;
8. Reimbursement of 4000RMB for your airfare after you work for our school over one year.

10. After you worked for us for one year, you can have the chance to move to positions like trainer, course designer, regional director.
