
Corporate Recruiter
Location: Wixom, MI,USA
Responsibilities:
Working with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description;
Developing and maintaining recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximizing recruiting efficiency;
Sourcing qualified individuals from different channels;
Screening resumes and conducting1st interviews and assessing candidates;
Preparing interview report and evaluation report;
Shortlisting candidates and recommending to hiring managers;
Developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process;
Providing hiring consultation to hiring managers;
Preparing hiring report for management review;
Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years recruiting experience in MNC; experience in search firms is a plus
Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability
Good team work spirit;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload;
Working independently and be patient under pressure
