Fresh Prints is the simplest way to print your photos through WeChat. Connect with our public account and team, send photos via chat, and have your memories printed and delivered straight to your home.
We’re looking for a full time Operations and Marketing Assistant to help support Fresh Prints day-to-day orders and support in market strategy development. In this role, you will be working closely with the founder to drive our customer experience and digital marketing.
As a young business, we’re looking for someone with an abundance of creative energy that can take on full responsibility and is accountable for KPIs and goals that we set ourselves for the upcoming year.

6,000 - 8,000 RMB 取决于工作经验和所具技能。和每月运营额的百分比提成

Operations and Marketing Assistant - Beijing (Full Time Availability)
Operations
Communicate with customers through our WeChat platform managing expectations, orders and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Word of mouth is key to our business.
Ensure orders are processed, delivered and recorded in our CRM
Marketing
Assist in writing, editing and publishing for our WeChat account, Weibo, Instagram.
Collaborate with parallel WeChat Accounts that reach similar customer target markets.
Identify new channels or partnerships to grow our brand and customer base.
Occasionally attend outbound events to maximize brand exposure.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
1-2 year of working experience in an corporate/office environment is preferred
Intermediate Mandarin a must for foreign candidates (Local Chinese preferred)
Heavy WeChat user and eager to learn about WeChat ecosystem
Knowledge of Design Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, MacOS)
Loves taking photos!
Highly interested in learning about business automation and working smarter
Ability to overcome challenges, obstacles, etc. #GrowthMindset
Compensation:
6,000 - 8,000 RMB depending on experience and skill set. With % of sales as a monthly bonus.
Visa for foreign candidates can be arranged.
