Description:
● Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with clients to discuss needs.
● Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
● Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting potential talents, using social media groups and job sites.
● Build and maintain customers’ rapport.
● Assist to promote the company brand and develop market.
● Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules with all aspects of recruitment.
Essential:
● Chinese native speaker and fluent in English as a proficiency is a must.
● 1 year experience in recruiting of HR required, and headhunting agency side preferred.
● Overseas study or work experience is required.
● Be interested in exploring a journey to develop business with the company.
● A Team player with great people skills.
● Bachelor or above degree, Finance or IT background is a plus.
