加盟店协调助理 Franchise Coordinator Assistant
工作职责
日常办公室运营及活动活动支持
管理加盟商开业和生日的包装，准备所需的材料。
管理加盟商抵扣信息：包括淘宝、美团、微店、迷你品酒会、促销等。
接收，完善和翻译新到产品的描述，发送至各加盟商。
加盟商物品库库存管理。
处理加盟商的日常问题和需求，快速做出反馈。
协调直营店的物资供应需求，安排物资运送。
校对每周公众号发布文章中文及标点符号的拼写错误。
维护百度网盘，更新线上产品描述，价签，照片和教育支持。
其他交办的工作。
任职要求
优秀的客户服务技能，很强的组织能力，灵活处理各项任务。
良好的沟通和人际交往能力,强烈的团队工作精神。
良好的中英文表达和书写能力。
良好的办公软件和互联网技能。
热爱葡萄酒。
愿意与公司成长。

Responsibilities
To help franchisee coordinator Communicate with IT department
To help franchisee coordinator Communicate with logistic department
To help franchisee coordinator Communicate with sales department
To help franchisee coordinator Communicate with marketing department
General Responsibilities
-To confirm the store number with IT assistant and ask for email account for franchise store.
- To check with the IT assistant about the POSE, the television, the computer installing and upgrade.
- To negotiate with IT department about errors and bugs when necessary to make sure quick reaction and settlement.
- To help franchise arrange wine orders with the logistic assistant and follow up the takeover affairs.
- To check with logistic assistant about wine deploy and reallocation to meet urgent demand of franchise.
- To help franchise purchase wines before franchise store opening and arrange delivery.
- To make monthly promotion wine preparation for the franchise and arrange the goods and discount in advance.
- To recommend popular wines and new arrivals to franchise and give franchise explanation.
- To provide monthly data analysis to franchise about wine sales and make calculation to help franchise improve turnover.
- To answer different requests from franchise involving sales skills and wine knowledge or help them contact sales director.
- To connect with interior designer about the design program and coordinate with the franchise and CEO to make sure the final agreement.
- To talk with store maintenance about decoration process and give feedback to marketing director.
- To arrange store commodity including shelves, glasses, boards, desks and other things order and give franchise options to choose.
- To check with the video maker and graphic designer about the card, our videos, disks and decorations updated.
- To help franchise coordinator update franchise information regularly including the contact person, the telephone number, address and others.
- To help franchise coordinator coordinate with different department and check with franchise about goods delivery to make sure articles arrival.
- To help franchise coordinator connect with administration and HR department about cloths, team buildings and other things.
- To help franchise coordinator check the new franchise stores catch up the operations process
Position Requirements
Good and kind communicator.
Fluent in Chinese, can speak and understand English.
Customer service oriented and sales skills preferred.
Be familiar with CHEERS wines.
Ability to work independently and still be a good team player.
Be able to calculate and make statistics analysis.
Willing to learn and to grow.
