工作职责
提供进出口相关服务
实施进出口运营流程,包括进口相关文件准备,操作清关流程。 产品分类;HS Code 管理;进口证件申请,特别是在食品饮料业,化妆品行业;与政府机关沟通及供应商管理。
确保进出口程序符合海关的相关规定。
供应链管理

运营线上批发商店

职位要求
对支持英国或外资企业在中国开展业务有浓厚的兴趣
本科学位及以上,物流,国际贸易,工商管理和其他相关专业
至少3-5年关于中国进出口,供应链的经验
了解自由贸易区进口程序
了解海关税则编码规则
至少有2年在英国和中国的客户服务经验,有较强客户服务意识为佳
母语中文,英文流利
可在压力环境下工作,积极主动解决问题
Responsibilities
Deliver Import/export service
Execute import and export operation procedures, including import document preparation and Customs clearance process. Tasks include classification of products
(HS code), documents preparation, import permits application, especially in Food & Beverage, Cosmetic industry, internal/external communication with government offices and vendors.
Ensure import/export operations are in compliance with Customs regulations.
Supply Chain Management
Work with logistics companies for goods shipments overseas and local delivery in China, including purchasing, planning, international transportation and warehousing.
Track shipment status and ensure goods are shipped on time.
Other trade related logistics.
E-commerce and CBEC operations
Work with TP to operate the online wholesale store.
Collaborate with vendors and TP to upload promote goods on online store
Manage import and logistics for online store goods
Client and vendor management
Propose import/export service contracts to leads.
Manage client relationship on import/export projects.
Position Requirements Requirements
A strong interest in supporting UK / foreign companies trade with and do business in China.
Diploma or bachelor degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or other related field.
At least 3-5 work experience in import, export and logistics in China.
Knowledge of import process in FTZ
Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff classification (HS)
Ideally, at least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role, both in the UK and China; a strong customer service attitude.
Native Chinese Speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure, proactive problem solver

工作内容
客户服务管理
每周定期拜访客户,分析他们的需求,展示项目地进展并且解释LNP China能够如何继续为他们提供价值
处理客户的一切问题,在一开始的时候专注于WFOE的管理,并逐渐发展LNPChina所提供的所有服务
记录客户遇到的问题,并且参与每周客户的问题讨论会议
协助新客户步入正轨,其中包括项目计划以及项目客户管理
与财务部门合作,管理并且与客户沟通账单明细以及应收账款。
业务发展
协助销售&营销部门的对客户的提案以及新的产品开发
参与并向公司的季度策略&计划峰会报告。
产品开发
根据客户的需求,开发新的产品,并向产品研发部展示

This is what you will do:
- Client Services Management
Meet with clients on a weekly basis to analyze their needs, present progress reports on projects, and explain how LNP China can help with next steps
Front line support and issue resolution on LNP China’s client accounts, focusing on WFOE Management projects initially but growing quickly to cover all areas of LNP China’s service
Contribute to client issue log and participate in weekly client issue review
New client onboarding, including project planning and management on project clients
Work with Finance Team to issue invoicing and collect AR from clients
- Business Development
Support sales & marketing team with client proposals, and new product development
Report to, and participate in, Company quarterly strategy & planning summits
- Product Development
Develop new products based on client need and present to Product Development Committee
