We are currently looking for full and part-time educators with experience teaching Young Learners in Beijing. Teachers will be teaching a set course curriculum, working with Shang management to ensure a fit with our standards. In addition, contribute to content development as part of the R&D Team. Roles and Responsibilities 
• Research and development of curriculum and course content 
• Teach Young Learner classes to groups of 2-8 students, aged 8 – 13

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Native English speaker (although outstanding candidates without this qualification will be considered) 
• Proven expertise and teaching experience with ESL (experience with Chinese students a plus) 
• At least 2+ years teaching/tutoring experience 
• Graduates of top-tier universities have a distinct advantage 
• Ability to take ownership as an educator and mentor 

Compensation Package 

• 25-hour per week schedule inclusive of both teaching and content development (no extra or hidden hours!) 
• Paid National Holidays (1 Week for Spring Festival, 1 Week for Golden Week and other various Chinese holidays throughout the year) 
• 7 Paid Vacation Days per year contract 
• Z-Visa Sponsorship 
• Optional National Social Insurance or Ping-An Health Plan (Full-Time Employment) 
• TWO annual bonuses based on performance and company profitability -or- Airfare reimbursement up to $1000 your first completed year

Qualities we look for in a LEEP teacher:
 Enthusiasm for understanding, engaging, and teaching young children 
 Proven experience and love for teaching 
 Ability to captivate the attention and interest of young children between ages 4-8

The most important quality we seek in our candidates is an absolute love for kids and teaching. A genuine love for kids is a quality that can be neither hidden nor acquired. We want teachers that can engage and help young learners gain valuable life skills. Our goal is to develop problem-solving strategies and critical thinking — all of which is achieved in a fun yet competitive atmosphere. We are looking for teachers that can meet the rigorous learning outcomes of each grade level, all the while creating a positive educational climate for young students to learn and grow in.

 Flexible full-time schedule, but must work on weekends during regular school year. Summer and winter breaks are generally reversed schedule.
