任职要求

1. 1. 有很好的组织协调能力; 

2. 2. 熟练使用微软 Word, Excel, Outlook 软件(或者希望成为一个熟练使用者); 

3. 3. 精通英文听说读写; 

4. 4. 对徒步和旅行感兴趣;

Make good use of your top-notch organisation skills to coordinate our bookings and events, working in a friendly team to help our hikers enjoy their holidays. You’ll get plenty of practice speaking Chinese with some of our staff, and you’ll also have the opportunity to see more of Beijing by helping out on the hikes.

Position Responsibilities

1. 1. Run the booking system for our hikes and trips, using email to answer questions and send out updates.

2. 2. Keep colleagues up to date on what’s happening on the hikes and trips.

3. 3. Produce quotes and customised itineraries for special events.

4. 4. Help us find new customers by getting involved in our marketing.
   

Position Requirement

1. 1. Extremely well-organised.

2. 2. A power user of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (or willing to become a power user).

3. 3. Extremely fluent in spoken and written English, with professional level Chinese language skills.

4. 4. Interested in hiking and travel.
