2 Part-time Guest Experience Manager
Responsibilities & Duties
Managing bookings and clients enquiries
Guests spa experience from arrival to farewell
Ensuring that the spa atmosphere is aligning with Kocoon spa's standards and enabling for total relaxation and rejuvenation
Advising clients the best treatments and promoting Kocoon spa's services and promotions
Working in a team with the spa therapists and the spa receptionist to exceed guests experience

Manage Kocoon Spa's website
Manage and promote Kocoon Spa's online presence
Manage Kocoon Spa's social media channels
Develop Kocoon Spa's VIP program
Design and manage Kocoon Spa's marketing material
Promote the brand in the community as well as on international platforms
Manage and develop Kocoon Spa's partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
Develop our e-store and gift certificates
Develop Kocoon Spa's Spa's retail
Develop client reward program
Develop Kocoon Spa's presence on local websites and listings

Manage Kocoon Spa Wechat account for bookings and developing community
