​[Job] Teacher Trainer

Location: Beijing (negotiable if prefer based in Shanghai)

 Job Description:

1.Kids teacher training, and model classroom teaching
2.Teaching quality supervision and guide: watch classroom teaching by teachers, give feedback regarding scores, comments and suggestions for improvement
3.Participate Training system building: build training system for kids teachers and design implementation solutions
4.Participate Training course design: develop and classify outlines and contents of training courses
5.Others related to teaching, R&D of teaching products, teacher training and teaching administration

 Requirements: 

1.English native speaker required.
2.Degree and major: bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, pedagogy, educational psychology or similar, overseas education experience preferred.
3.At least 4 years’ experience in office-based K12 English teaching and includes 2 years’ experience in office-based English teacher training.
4.Training experience and certifications:
those who have completed systematic training in teaching English to kids preferred; holders of such English teaching certificates as TKT (at least 3 modules), TEFL, TESOL, CELTYL, CELTA and CELT-P preferred
