1. IKE Kids Introduction 

1）Training Program

IKE K-level Program

• Designed for students aged 3 to 6. 

• This program utilizes an industry leading textbook and multimedia interactive software program, originally created by the world-renowned Brown University, which is tailor-made for non-native Asian learners.

IKE Young Learner Program

• Designed for students aged 6 to 12. 

• The key strength of the IKE Young Learner Program is how its ability to enable young learners to utilize the best English learning methods and achieve higher-level English proficiency through studying the pictures and stories presented in National Geographic, a textbook created in conjunction to the world famous National Geographic Magazine. This program also provides young learners with excellent opportunities to learn global culture, scientific technology and natural landscape.

2. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day teaching activities on our campus;

• Work with the director of English training centre and teaching assistant to develop a sound teaching plan to ensure the highest quality of teaching quality;

• Coordinate with Chinese English Teacher to best mange teaching workload;

• Provide feedback on the every student which will be conveyed to their parents as part of our customer service system;

• Participate and support marketing and promotional activities organized by various IKE centers across Beijing for the purposes of branding and student recruitment;

• Other related tasks as required

3. Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in the education or teaching discipline;

• English native speaker;

• Love kids and education industry;

• TESL/TESOL/TEFL certificate;

• The relevant teaching experiences is highly desirable.
