线上运营专员 Online Channel Operator1
工作职责
和顾客在淘宝，微店沟通聊天并销售我们的产品,并保证客户服务质量,推荐合适的产品
支持线下门店开通百度外卖，美团外卖，饿了么.并按照店铺的实际库存管理产品上下架状态，及时的通知各店铺并进行后续的维护服务
跟进线下门店所有跟线上平台有关的问题，及时跟线上负责人联系协助店铺解决发生的问题
处理由来自淘宝，微店，官网，饿了么，美团外卖以及公司正在运行的其它线上平台的订单，并按照线上分配规则把订单协调给线下门店进行派送，确保能够按时送达
维护线上店铺和产品
定期的发布和实施线上平台促销，活动和广告
每日记录淘宝,微店，饿了么，美团，百度外卖，官网及其它所有线上的订单信息
根据公司更新的库存情况及时调整所有线上平台的产品上架及下架状况
任职要求
有相关的淘宝或者其他电商平台经验的优先考虑
娴熟的沟通技能
学习能力强，注意细节（需要学习我们所有的产品知识）

Position Responsibilities
Chat with Taobao and Wetao store customers and sell CHEERS wines, to gurantee the service quality and recommend the correct products.
Support all the offline stores to open Baiduwaimai, eleme, Meituan waimai, update the product according to the store inventory and maintain afterwards.
Follow up all the online channel issues from the offline stores, coordinate with them and support stores to solve their problem on time
Process orders from customers and coordinate the delivery from the stores according to the online regulation.
Maintenance of on-line stores and products
Implement regular online channel promotions, activities and advertisement
Everyday record order information from Taobao, Wetao store, eleme, Meituan, Baidu Waimai, website etc
Upload the product on time through all online channel according the updated physical inventory report
Position Requirement
Experienced in Taobao or other e-commerce platform
Very good communication skills
Fast learner (must learn all our wines in order to sell) and careful on details
Independent working ability
Positive thinking and hard-working attitude
Willing to grow with the company
Flexible working time
Understands and accept CHEERS Core Values

Organize and coordinate all CHEERS events with third parties
Support own and Franchise stores with in-store and around the store events
Making budgets and update event database
Create event training material for Franchise stores
Maintain relationship with media and sponsors
Evaluating event’s success and submitting reports on a weekly basis
Updating event pages on website, social media accounts and third-party platforms
Coordinate event team
Position Requirement

Outgoing, positive, punctual and hands-on

Fluent in Chinese and English both speaking and writing
