客户经理 Account Manager
职位描述
为客户讲解服务，完成团队指定的销售目标；
更新并维护个人客户CRM系统，有效分析利用数据；
保证客户满意度，及时沟通，为客户提供解决方案；
紧密同市场，教学等部门通力合作，发挥团队作用；
成为“用业绩说话，以服务为主旨”的销售团队的一员；
向主管提供及时有效的客户反馈，保证产品的长期良性发展。
职位要求
至少两年相关教育行业销售经验；
有自己特有的销售风格和美丽，业绩优秀；
能够接受并融入西方文化和管理模式；
适应创业型公司，愿长期发展者优先；
有自己的职业规划，乐于挑战更高的职位。

Job Descriptions
1. Illustrate our service to client, finish the sales target of the team
2. Update and maintain CRM system, analyse and exploit the data
3. Ensure customer satisfaction, communicate in time and provide solution to customer
4. Work closely to Marketing and teaching department
demonstrate your value with performance and service-oriented
5. Report the client feedback to supervisor in time and make sure the long-term healthy development
Position Requirements
1. 2 years sales working experience in Education industry
2. Good sales record
3. Could adapt to western culture and management mode
4. Accept startup and willing to grow with company
5. Willing to challenge
