Head of Marketing, Russia Region

Location: Moscow or other cities in Russia.
Main Responsibilities
To improve and achieve the target on both market share and GMV of the whole business in the local region for IBU. Including but not limited to:
· Responsible for product, marketing, operation, and sales in this region, along with full P&L responsibility.
· Make the marketing strategy and execution, thus to help the business expansion and localization.
· Lead the local sales driven marketing activities and overlook this region.
· Provide target market information to headquarter regularly to determine or adjust the business plan & marketing plan.
· Develop strategic travel product resources, and collaborate with the product team in headquarter to design and market the most suitable travel products for the travelers in this region.
· Develop and maintain key partnership with banks, airlines and/or hotels for joint promotions.
· Determine marketing plan for each specific target market and manage the marketing budget.
· Run daily operation that’s related to this business in this region.
· Work closely with headquarter and other regional offices to execute joint/global product cross sales and marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Experiences Desired
· Eligible to work in Russia, native Russian speaker and fluent in either English or Chinese is a must.
· At least 5 years or more of working experience with 3 years or more in the role of general manager level in local market for online travel agencies, hotels, airlines, or tourism board.
· Experiences of starting a high-tech business would be highly preferred.
· Must have product and/or operation experience in above.
· Familiar with travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences.
· Degree or diploma in Marketing, Tourism, Business, Finance or related field of study Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal presentation skills.
· Self-starter and self-motivated and result driven.
· Willing to travel when required
