Job Description
-Coordinating administrative processes related to proper company functions including
-Documents flow, classification and archiving
-Information flow and security
-Internal documentation and practice H&S rules and environmental protection
-Implementing and coordinating of the implementation of internal procedures
-Monitoring and analyzing the cooperation with office suppliers
-H&S service
-Travel and Life insurance
-Front desk staff – customer service
-Receiving, registration and distribution of correspondence
-ordering flight tickets, support in organization of business trips
-Participating in conferences, meetings and corporate events
The remaining:
-Performing other tasks associated with this post, assigned by supervisors
Requirements
-Eligible to work in Netherlands is a must
-Minimum of a bachelor's degree
-Knowledge of HR & Admin rules and principles concerning circulation of documents in the office
nice to have:
-Experience in a similar position
-Knowledge of English at a level enabling free communication
-Efficient use of MS Office programs (doc., .ppt., .xls - At least medium level)
-Typing text, editing letters, preparing presentations and analyzes
-High communication and customer service skills
-Skills planning and organization of multi-tasking, attention to detail
-Ability to work in a team
-Positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, easy to contact and a sense of humor
