Field service electromechanical engineer-regional supervisor
Location: Singapore
This professional will work with complex systems or perform highly technical electromechanical or diagnosis tests. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. This engineer will manage a team and be good at communication with user.
Main activities:
1. Might spend most of the time outside and responding for a team of technicians, providing training and reviewing the provided services.
2. Propose and following the schedule and the relationship with customers and the board of the company.
3. Solving problems: team and customers.
4. Review all the reports and correct deviations.
5. Create all company’s field process and protocols with the whole team of engineers.
6. Review maintenance, repair and installation of equipment. Diagnosis of errors and technical problems and determinate proper solutions with his team.
Requirements:
1. Work eligibility in Singapore.
2. Some knowledge in CCTV, barrier, LED, alarms and network. Automation knowledge and team management.
3. Must show leadership.
4. Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
5. Attention to details and must be customer oriented.
6. Degree: Engineer and English command is a plus.
7. Good at English & Chinese speaking and writing.
