微信公众号内容策划、撰写、发布等全方位运作；
协助市场部主管维护微信公众平台，官网和新浪微博等媒体平台；
针对公司的产品与服务，策划、撰写、发布有效高质推广文案；
线上社群的维护与运营，增进用户粘性，增强互动性，最大程度上激发潜在客户的需求；
协助市场部主管进行线上活动的策划、推广与执行；
研究行业趋势、策划更有吸引力的活动，实现聚焦客户人群，最终达到业绩增长。
其他市场部主管需要完成的任务。
职位要求

大学本科或以上学历，市场营销、媒体专业者优先；
-
具备熟练的英语听说读写能力；具有本科留学背景者优先；
-
敏锐的品牌建设和战略思维；
-
可以独立运营微信公众平台和新浪微博等新媒体账号；1年以上新媒体工作经验者以及大号运营者优先；
-
对教育事业充满热情，并有独到的见解；
-
互联网从业经验，有产品运营经验者优先。

思路清晰、严谨，具备创业精神和良好的团队意识；
-
优秀的沟通协调能力和应变能力；
-
极强的抗压能力与自主灵活性。

Position Responsibilities
-
WeChat official account copywriting for both editorial and commercial content;
-
Manage and maintain social media channels, such as WeChat official account, official website, Weibo etc.
-
Copywriter for all branded copy of online campaigns including emails, social media and all online and offline collateral;
-
Maintain and manage all online groups, enhancing customer interactivity, stimulating needs for potential customers;
-
Planning、promoting and implementing high-quality online marketing activities;
-
Identifying industrial trend, planning effective marketing events ensuring customer crowd and ultimately achieve company revenue boost;
-
Assist management team on organizational development planning.
Position Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field;
-
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking; abroad studying background is preferable;
-
Excellent sense in Branding and strategic thinking;
-
Enable to work independently in operating WeChat official account and Weibo, 1+ years of social media experience, work experience with social media influencer(20k+ followers) is preferable;
-
Passionate about education;
-
A team player who is interested and willing to collaborate with other members of the team;
-
Have strong sense of service, proactive problem solver;
-
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail;
-
Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment;
-
Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively;
-
Able to work under pressure and know how to relieve.
