Influence Matters正在招聘多位客户执行，协助B2B和B2C外资科技客户在中国市场的公关传播落地，支持从品牌建设、行业领袖计划到产品发布等多方面业务目标。客户执行的主要工作内容包括：行业分析，行业KOL关系，新媒体及传统媒体关系建立和维护，传播方案策划到执行，及新闻撰写等。我们将为优秀员工提供快速职业晋升机会。

工作职责

• 新闻稿及社交媒体内容撰写，根据客户的宣传素材进行编写和润色

• 根据传播方案为客户提供日常传播新闻点，传播角度和推荐媒体发布类型

• 与相关科技行业媒体及合作媒体保持日常沟通，拓展媒体关系

• 对客户所在行业进行行业分析，支持撰写行业动态和影响力报告

• 日常客户沟通和项目管理，完成周、月和季度报告

• 支持客户经理、顾问及总经理完成提案和传播方案策划

• 支持公司业务发展，及公司市场活动，包括公司主创的China Tech PR Network科技公关人主题社交活动

Join Influence Matters in Beijing to have a hand in shaping the future of technology by creating Influence for some of the most innovative tech leaders in the world. 

We are looking for a Junior Executive to support the execution of press and social media content creation and localization for our outstanding B2B and B2C technology clients, research on industry trends, and support on media relations, fast growing opportunities to involve in overall media strategy planning and execution for other technology clients, we offer performance-based incentives to team members who demonstrate their account management capabilities and business development commitment.

Position Responsibilities

• Work on press and social media content creation and localization for various clients

• Propose story angles based on daily communication with trade media

• Maintain and build media relations for clients

• Conduct industry trend research according to client’s need and able to write industry insights report

• Manage daily account operation, monthly planning and client liaison

• Support account managers, consultants and CEO on preparing communication proposals and pitching documents

• Support on in-house marketing event – China Tech PR Network and promote company’s business

Position Requirements 

• To be Chinese nationals, overseas study background preferred

• A strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship, and working for one

• Passionate about technology and innovation

• Familiar with social media language and various social media platforms

• An addiction to news and social media, and a will to understand how it can be influenced, able to catch the hot relevant social topics for client’s work
  

• Editorial mind, excellent in Chinese and English writing
  

• Excellent communication skill
  

• Skilled in Photoshop / AI / Gimp, basic photo editing skills required, video editing experience is a plus
  

• Be able to work independently and multi-tasking, think out of box and show initiatives at work
  

• A good team player
  

• A love for awesome results that really makes our clients Matter!
  

• A strong itch to learn and grow with long term commitments

Ideal for: a junior executive with 1-2 year experiences (including internship) in consumer tech at agency or in-house position, who is passionate about trade and social media and familiar with the PR communication of B2B and B2C technology including Advertising tech, mobile internet, enterprise software, semiconductor, gaming, IT service, etc. and most importantly, have a purpose do work that really Matters.
