About The 3D Food Company
The 3D Food Company is a Beijing-based food tech startup. We bring digital technologies and design into the kitchen to create new kinds of food experiences for brands and events.
Using our experience in 3d printing, laser engraving, and molding, we developed services and products that resonate particularly well with brands, agencies and event organizers. In the first few months, we were able to attract high profile clients like Tesla, Four Seasons, the Ritz Carlton, the Italian Embassy, Daimler, etc..
Now, we are looking to add core team members that can help us to push our service, increase sales and grow our company.

Marketing Manager
Position Responsibilities
Develop creative ideas for marketing and special promotional material
Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
Generate new client base as well as managing existing clients
Lead sales negotiations with potential clients
Achieving sales targets
Stay current with client needs, competition and industry trends
Manage projects to fulfill time and client expectations
Help with creative direction for marketing material and create and upload new content for social media accounts
Become a spokesperson for The 3d Food Company - understand the business in and out
Maintain networking circles in areas of interest to The 3D Food Company
Position Requirements
Fluent in Chinese and English
Bachelors degree and 2 years experience in marketing, sales and/or business development
Good computer skills with experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Pages, Numbers and Keynote
Experience in marketing and sales
Experience with managing social media accounts
Required Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (confident in presentation)
Ability to work on own initiative as well as in team
Proactive and self-driven - able to provide results with minimal direction
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Flexibility to adapt quickly and solve problems

Office Manager
Position Responsibilities
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
Assisting the production team in sourcing materials and items from suppliers across China. Sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, arranging shipment and managing production and delivery schedules.
Keep detailed records and generate reports of inventory and orders.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Assisting with social media accounts about the company across various platforms, including Wechat, Weibo, Linkedin.
Administrative tasks such as compiling, preparing and organizing information and documents for accounting.
Work alongside the in-house designers and marketing in translating materials, including company brochures, website and social media posts aimed at a Chinese audience.
Act as translator when local clients visit the office.
Attend exhibitions with the team to promote the company and company products.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in Chinese and able to converse in English
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
An understanding of e-commerce in China, including WeChat stores, Alibaba, JD and Taobao, among others.
Highly organized, and able to manage 3 or more larger projects simultaneously
Must be resourceful and a problem solver.
Experience in managing and interacting with clients/suppliers
