Marketing Manager
Now we're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing a long-term marketing campaign as well as spearheading advertising and marketing solutions.
We’re looking for someone with experience in copywriting, art direction and social media who can expand our brand's reach overseas while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Position Responsibility
Maintain and manage all aspects of the firm's marketing events
Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
Optimize website and social media channels for SEO
Build up and promote company branding
Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
Communicate with our CEO and Marketing advisor about marketing goals and results.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
3 years+ of experience in branding, digital marketing, web analytics, web measurement, and web media technologies, including in-depth reporting experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. For Chinese Nationals, the overseas working experience is a plus.
Open to international candidates with working proficiency Chinese and relevant background.
Highly analytical and data-driven
Creative thinker that understands the "Big Picture"
Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Has Cryptocurrency knowledge and interest
