Help us revolutionise online payments, privacy and security. Nuggets is a consumer blockchain platform that provides a single biometric tool for paying, logging in and verifying your identity – without having to share or store personal data. We’ve launched a pre-sale of Nuggets Tokens, and will be releasing our alpha app soon. We need smart, driven and curious managers to join our Product team.

This team focuses on three areas

• What we build: asking the right questions to figure out what our
  business (and customers) need next
  

• How we build it: as the voice of the market, Product works with the
  Engineering, Design and Data teams to make sure we deliver what
  we set out to do, and what users want
  

• Communicating: keeping all our teams in touch with what we’re
  doing and why, and working with Marketing, Salesand Operations
  to keep customers up to date
  
  

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead one (or more) of our
cross-functional dev teams.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers – and what they need

• Define our competitive positioning
  

• Track developments across the payments industry

• Define a vision for the future of the product, and the problems we need to solve

• Set priorities for development to maintain the backlog
  

• Measure product progress – including impact and delivery
  

• Work with product marketing to document our capabilities
  

• Shape how we organise product management
  

• Mentor less experienced colleagues

Position Requirements

Required Experience

• Payments industry (or payments-related products), FinTech
  

• Start-up businesses
  
  

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in startup and scale up environment
  

• Strong leadership skills. Able to provide direction and prioritise team goals and workload
  

• Impeccable written and verbal English and Chinese. Outstanding
  communication skills from a written, verbal and presentation perspective
  

• Strong influencing, negotiation and networking skills
  

• Ability to execute flawlessly. Decisive, results-driven and thought leadership
  

• Familiarity with the nuances of Chinese business culture.
  

• Proven experience forging relationships with Chinese companies and/or working in China.
  

• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
